From my 76 years of experience as a man:
Between 13-23 they want a good looking man lots of fun and sex.
23-28 they want a good looking man with a job and a wedding ring and sex.
28-35 they want a man preferably with a job.
35-45 they want a man with a job, sex is optional.
45-65 they want an ex who pays child support and alimony.
65-85 they want a female friend who likes cats, can afford to pay their own way and wants to travel.

Haha! Very true. We have a local lesbian community full of older, divorced women with children and grandchildren living with life long butch lesbians. I doubt sex is much of a component of their relationships.

Women want to "marry up", with a man with more money and more education than the woman has. The more education a woman has, the LESS likely it is that she'll find a man with even more.

Men aren't that picky; reasonably pretty and a nice personality. Big breasts are a bonus factor.

The basic rule is explained in the classic story of Cinderella.

A woman wants a Prince Charming who is socially and financially above her. That explains the preference for higher degrees and the ability to organize social support.

The fact that she needs a man who can and will physically defend her and her children explains an appreciation for jerks and bad boys.

Those two needs explains almost all female sexual preferences.

Or, perhaps investigate how many gender-specific STEM, fine arts, scholarships, and other federal collegiate programs encouraging higher ed participation are directed toward young white males.

Last time I looked, the answer was "none."

It can't be fixed. This is how Rome disintegrated. Politics, subterfuge and corruption. The grifters now control an entire political party, the Democrats. It is made up of special interest groups all intent on carving out a piece of the pie unearned and undeserved based solely on whining and complaining. There are two approaches an honest and decent person should take:
1. Protect yourself. reduce the ability of the elite and deep state to screw you over. Watch what you say and post online. Protect your job and your assets.
2. Always vote against the deep state/left wing ideology. Vote down taxes vote out politicians who want to raise taxes, vote against the LGBQT/race/gender cabal. Convince others to do the same.

It cannot be "fixed" but it can be extended. That is the harm that the left intends to bring down on our heads can be put off a little here and a little there making that inevitable collapse of America happen years/decades later. A good example of this is Donald Trump. He disrupted their agenda, perhaps only for four years but they will also have to reverse much of what he has done.

All of the other comments may be correct, I really don't know. But I read an article a couple of years ago written by an American man who is a world traveler. He said that the local girls in each country were trying to decide between the money of a rich foreigner; as opposed to the social connections of a local boy.

He said that the best looking girls always went for the social connections. The idea being that if a girl marries a man with a lot of local family and friends, then her own sphere of experience will grow. She'll get to know and become friends with lots of new people. And females really want a nice big social network; it may be more important to them than money.
