Uber drivers from Africa: Why? Were we so short of Uber drivers that we had to import some. Our immigration system is created behind closed doors by special interest groups whose special interest is NOT America or American citizens. At best, the very BEST motive for this massive immigration is that do gooders want to use America's wealth to improve the lives of poor people. But understand regardless of their motives that they want to use YOUR wealth not THEIR wealth to improve the lives of poor people. AND after YOUR wealth is all gone they will be gone too, probably living in Switzerland or New Zealand hanging out with other do gooders sipping sweet tea and talking about the good old days when they destroyed the American economy.
Whoever that is the BEST motive there are dark motives for our massive legal and illegal immigration. The left wants to control this country and they created a dark scheme some 60 years ago to flood the country with replacement voters/workers who would vote Democrat. They don't care if these replacement citizens hate you and kill and rape Americans. They don't care of these replacement voters get your jobs get away with committing crimes, steal from welfare, flaunt our laws and culture. They don't care about you America or the constitution. They are playing the game for personal gain and they intend to win. Good luck getting your kids and grand kids into college because most of the opportunities are already committed to diversity students. Good luck getting a job we are importing cheap labor from India to take care of that.

You are being played, your country is being stolen. Just sit down shut up and pay your taxes at the new higher rate.

It appears that our government is about to give 12 weeks of paid family leave to all federal employees. Kind of a foot in the door or the camel's nose under the tent approach to requiring all companies in America to give the same free stuff to all employees. But of course it isn't for "all employees" and it isn't "free". How do they decide who gets the free stuff and who doesn't and not only doesn't get it but has to pay for it?

For a couple of million years now humans have been having babies and still continuing to exist. Yes having kids adds a certain amount of work to your happy household but where does it say that "I" must pay you to alleviate that or to make you happy or fulfill your dreams or whatever? You can always decide to do what Elizabeth Warren did when she got pregnant. i.e. to quit your job and stay home with your baby (and of course later lie about that event to garner sympathy).


I have a suggestion, a solution to this "difficult" problem. For everyone planning to have children build up your vacation time and apply for two weeks vacation. For employers; consider allowing employees to apply two weeks of future vacation that they give up in order to use it when the baby is born.

Otherwise my suggestion is to buck up and have your kid and juggle all the things we all had to juggle to have kids and "grow" from the experience and stop asking others for free stuff.
