There are two aspects to the impeachment of Trump. There is of course the impeachment itself, something that was planned and begun even before Trump took office. It was Obama and Hillary's deep state election interference coup plan to steal back an election. This is serious, it is unconstitutional and anti-American. This is something you might see in a banana republic or a full fledged communist regime. It must be stopped and the perps brought to justice.

But the second aspect of this is the lock step of the Democrats behind this unconstitutional anti-American coup. This is a magnitude more scary. There are some, a handful perhaps, good and honest Democrats in congress and either they are too cowed, too scared to object to this assault on our constitution OR they agree with it. Either way it fills me with fear for what the Democrats will do to this country should they regain power. When I think of Adam Schiff, the closest historical figure I can compare him with is Lenin. And when I think of the Democrats supporting him or at the least unwilling to disagree with his tactics I am reminded of a true even in the Soviet Union where the supreme leader was giving a speech to his fellow communists and they all stood up and applauded but realized that they could not stop applauding or sit back down. Anyone who stopped applauding first would be pulled from his bed in the middle of the night and sent off to the Gulag. You simply could not disagree or even appear to disagree with the supreme leader. And THAT is the Democrat party today. Complete with trumped up crowds and activists and a organized enforcement arm (Antifa) to beat up anyone who resists. THAT is scary.
