I'm glad that this woman had a good time. And I used to go fishing in farm ponds, and the Ohio river. But things have changed. The oceans are in danger. We can't solve the problem simply by reducing pollution, or by limiting commercial fishing. The solution has to be all-encompassing; and it must include the entire world. That means no more fishing. No more cruise ships, no more commercial fishing boats, and no more fishing from the beach. Nothing. Nada. And those giant cargo ships will have to go, too. And then there are the Navy ships and submarines, that disturb all the whales and sea life with sonar. Saving the world's oceans is an absolute requirement; the price doesn't even matter. Everything is at stake. From now on: no fishing is permitted; and not one drop of pollution may flow into the rivers. Farms and sewage treatment plants will have to become completely self-sufficient; or they'll be shut down. But that's not a big problem, because in the future, American farms will only feed the American people; and they'll do that regionally. There will be no agricultural exports of any kind. No bags of rice to Africa; and no wheat to England.

As far as protecting the ocean is concerned, enforcing this new code will involve using a military strategy. Any fishing boat caught on the water will go straight down to Davey Jone's Locker; along with the crew. Don't ask for a lifeboat. This is how things must be done. So from now on, the Japanese will have to eat a lot of Tofu. It will take at least a hundred years for the oceans to recover.
