I think this is more about hating Trump.

if HRC was presiding over a July 4 celebration they'd cover it like stink on sh*t.

indeed, they hate Trump BECAUSE he loves America.
They themselves hate America with a vengeance, and want to see her destroyed.

That's why they adore Obama and Hillary, and the whole lineup of communists running for office. They all have the same goal.

There are 101 problems with our policies concerning illegal immigrants. No matter what we do either the immigrants or the citizens and in some cases both will be harmed. IMHO there is only one RIGHT thing to do with anyone who crosses our border illegally:
1. Document them with pictures and fingerprints kept on file forever.
2. Warn them that the second time and subsequent times they do this they will spend time in confinement.
3. Immediately return them to their home country. Make it a policy that all illegal immigrants must be returned within 24 hours of apprehension and enforce it.

This will cost some money to return them. Perhaps chartered planes or LEO's to accompany them on commercial flights. But no matter what it costs it will be billions cheaper than whatever we are doing now and whatever the left wants to do.

The Air National Guard should be perfecting its capabilities and readiness by loading up their cargo transports with illegal aliens and returning them to their country of origin on a daily basis. It would be vastly cheaper than trying to sort through this nonsense at our border facilities, which quite frankly is a tactic to inundate the system past the point of collapse - a la Cloward-Piven.

A few flights per day to Honduras, Guatemala, Nicaragua, etc would quickly deplete the available funding for the coyote fees. Elevating the transaction charges assessed on international fund transfers from the US to these target countries would discourage future illegal migrations and also defray the costs of the transports. It's past time that the seriousness of these events should be recognized as the existential threat to the national defense.

You make a good point about changing the immigration law. Railing against it without trying to amend it is just virtue-signaling. Similarly, for years people who ostensibly wanted more immigrant labor failed to raise the immigration quotas. What we got was a law so lacking in public support, so divorced from the reality that people care about, that it couldn't be enforced. I'm tired of listening to the hot air on this.

For the census what Trump should do is print the census forms with the immigration question and force the left wing courts and judges to cancel the census. This question is legitimate and has been on the census for years. Obama took it off without any judicial oversight why can't Trump put it back on without the courts interfering? Just do it and make the courts stop the census if that is what they have the guts to do.

I get the impression that the media decide that we want to see more about them because we see them all over, and we see them all over because the media plaster them all over

Re: Dylan I love his older stuff from the sixties. I always figured he was on drugs when he wrote a lot of it. I mean who could have written Desolation Row sober? Yes, Highway 61 Revisited is probably my favorite; I have it on vinyl, as well as Freewheelin'.
