Mother's Day supper for Mrs. BD in Bayeux

Better than I could have done:

Fish Terrine (Sole)
Wood-grilled boned chicken with some sort of tasty sauce, w/ snap peas and baby onions
Chocolate Fondant

It's a darn shame that the Chateau de Bellefontaine doesn't deliver.

There's a brand of butter from Normandy that the wife says is better than any other.

A couple of cheeses from there she really likes as well.
