Maggie's FarmWe are a commune of inquiring, skeptical, politically centrist, capitalist, anglophile, traditionalist New England Yankee humans, humanoids, and animals with many interests beyond and above politics. Each of us has had a high-school education (or GED), but all had ADD so didn't pay attention very well, especially the dogs. Each one of us does "try my best to be just like I am," and none of us enjoys working for others, including for Maggie, from whom we receive neither a nickel nor a dime. Freedom from nags, cranks, government, do-gooders, control-freaks and idiots is all that we ask for. |

“Mexico Is a Hostile Power Seeking to Undermine Our Country and Our Sovereignty”
Yup. The best way to solve the problem would be to declare war on Mexico. Mexico is a hostile power: Exactly. We should demand that our government deport all people here illegally. Send them home. They are all citizens of another country send them home. Send their kids with them, let them dream in their own country not here.
Man abandoning pet fish:
but if he had taken a 12 yr old girl for an abortion, no questions would be asked. I had an equine keel over (from cardiac event obviously) and I had to call a rendering guy to remove and he told me that If he is called and the animal has a bullet in it, it better have an obvious broken leg or issue for the reason you put it down or he'd have to call the "authorities" for an investigation. Re: African-American grandmother
It's not diversity if it isn't on the left. Media breakdown...that should be decades proselytizing not years. The NY Times was soft shoeing Stalin thuggery and got a Pulitzer for doing so. They were doing the job that even the Mexicans wouldn't do. Mueller's Chevauchee...the globalist uniparty deepstate thinks they can actually destroy or at least outlast the disgust of the middle and working classes that are fed up with their lust for power, control, and money. The pitchfork brigade is coming for them.
I genuinely and truly fear for America (and Europe). There are a couple of reasons why. There is a hunger for power in some circles and a sense that there is an opportunity to seize it presenting itself. It was planned and nurtured, I think, going back to the 60's when Ted Kennedy and some of his fellow travelers got laws passed to increase immigration. Now we have been over run with immigrants to the extent that there is noticeable Balkanization and strong disagreement. The rabid left want to lower the voting age, open the borders and create a socialized government that is absolutely sure to do to us what it did to Venezuela. Look at the power Maduro has. Notice that he has removed billions in gold/wealth from the country (almost as though he plans to flee and live like a king). That is the lure, I think, the power and money is what moves the Democrats further left.
But this is not a new story, why the fear? I think that we have or will reach a tipping point where it cannot be stopped. Look at the Southern border; A mere 1000-2000 asylum seekers a day overwhelms our ability to hold them or stop it what if it were 10,000 or 20,000 a day? What happens when the next major recession hits and there isn't enough money and resources for everyone to be on welfare but your taxes continue and your house is about to be taken by the state. We are making commitments we cannot afford to keep. Do you think those millions of "refugees"/"immigrants" will just go back home? No they will vote along with the other Balkanized "tribes" to take more of what you have to give it to them (fairness and equality after all). Simply said I think there will be open warfare when this happens. Perhaps triggered by a event or series of events on the other side of the world or simply an accumulation of wrongs forced down our throat once the socialist/communist left gets into power. At some level traditional Americans will rebel and since I believe it will be the left that starts the fight it won't be hard to know who the enemy is. This is what I fear and I don't think that when it starts it will be a long transition from where we are today to open aggression by both sides. The government does not (yet) have the fortitude to do what is necessary: Sort illegals by nation of origin and start loading up the Army C-3 transporters with illegals, right back to their respective nations of citizenship as deportees, with armed stewards for every flight. Do it often enough and long enough and the cash reserves financing this circus will dry right up. Then send the experts in clandestinely to deal with the newly-wealthy coyotes in Mexico. Problem solved. What is the Mexi-Salva-Nica-Honduran political class going to do about it? Not one thing. They'll know the jig is up and they are out of cards. The first step was cutting off the foreign aid. Next Trump needs to instill the forex cash-exflow tariffs so monies being sent back are docked.
So what happens when the U.S. has more of a country's citizens than that country does? Many of these Central American countries have small populations. So when 3 million Nicaraguans live here should we simply invade Nicaragua and take it over? Why not?
