Just watched as another white male lost his position and academic reputation for stating the obvious: there has been a decline of academic rigor since the "feminization of the university" What is now and always has been the most despicable group IMHO are those straight white males who jumped in to gang up on him in an effort to secure their own position of favor with the fem/nazi who complained about the author's obvious and clear statement of fact!

The feminist leadership (NOW, and their network of thugs) have for 25 years demanded that every department chair, or dean position be filled by a female, irregardless of qualification in the field of study. I once watched a loud, poorly read, demanding princess during an interview for the position of department chair. When asked about a particularly important piece of the academic field her response was simple. Sitting on her hands and swinging her feet back and forth under her chair she said quite simply "just because I don't know the big words, doesn't mean it's not my turn to be chair!" The reasoning behind what has gone on on campus is this: any woman taught basic management/leadership techniques can manage any "expert academic/scholar"--she doesn't have to be as smart as he is, she only has to manage him. She does need to be able to manage a meeting calendar and allocate budget. However, knowledge of a value system or even an ideal goal which is necessary in making these decisions is no longer important. Yeah baby--there goes academic rigor. At least the university leadership at every level is female!! Followed right behind by her sycophantic little white male puppies!
