It's the celebration, not the drink that counts. So China is "oppressing" muslims,
But South Africa is not killing whites. Um, right. England needs a new Oliver Cromwell. Bernie Sanders is a liar. Why doesn't anyone just say that? QUOTE: Lisa Page bombshell: FBI couldn’t prove Trump-Russia collusion before Mueller appointment If they already had proof, they wouldn't need an investigation. There was probable cause concerning some individuals associated with the campaign, and when they started to ask questions, people lied about their contacts with Russian agents. QUOTE: Which raises the question: If there was no concrete evidence of collusion, why did we need a special counsel? Putting the cart before the horse. QUOTE: Strzok said he wasn’t certain there was a “broad, coordinated effort” to hijack the election and that the evidence of Trump campaign aides talking about getting dirt on Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton from Russians might have been just a “bunch of opportunists” talking to heighten their importance. Quite possibly true, at least at that time. However, it wouldn't be the first time braggarts have brought about an investigation. Someone evading taxes certainly wouldn't wear a $15k ostrich skin jacket. No way! QUOTE: There was no fault to the FBI checking whether Trump {campaign} was compromised by Russia; that is a classic counterintelligence responsibility. So there you are. Mueller was charged to investigate "any links and/or coordination between the Russian government and individuals associated with the campaign of President Donald Trump" and "is authorized to prosecute federal crimes arising from the investigation of these matters." So tell us once again, kiddiez, what supposed crimes were committed by the President or by his son, Trump, Jr.?
I know you won't tell us but the question had to be asked. 😂😂😂 There was no evidence only a narrative in an attempt to escape nooses, nooses, nooses.
But, but the kiddiez already admitted that there was probable cause for possible links to a hostile foreign power . ..

Zzzzatemypuppies: what supposed crimes were committed by the President or by his son, Trump, Jr.?
We didn't say they committed a crime. Rather, we pointed out that the courts found probable cause that individuals with the Trump campaign worked clandestinely with the Russian government. We also know that individuals within the Trump campaign lied about their contacts with Russian agents. We also know that Trump Jr. said he would love to accept help for the campaign from the Russian government. That is more than sufficient to justify an investigation. Looking past your tap dancing bullshit, everyone can see what y'all have written in the past, sooo once again what crimes were committed by Trump and/or Trump, Jr.? As y'all stated before that Jr. said he would love to accept "help" from some Russian and that was "illegal on its face". WELL?
Another time y'all stated Trump was colluding with Putin because of some joke about releasing the 30,000 emails Hillary illegally destroyed. WELL? There's many more examples that everyone has read here but you kiddiez have become more and more disingenuous with all y'alls backtracking claiming "evidence" and "facts" that were anything but "serious" enough to investigate.. WELL? And now with Trump finally declassifying relevant FBI and DOJ docs, that part about a "court finding" probable cause because some official made it up, the more irrelevant to your pitiful arguments become. WELL, WELL, WELL? Y'all lost, kiddiez, how does that feel? 😂😂😂

That is correct. "On its face", or prima facie, literally "first look", means the evidence generally constitutes probable cause, but may still be contradicted by other evidence. Zzzzatemypuppies: Another time y'all stated Trump was colluding with Putin because of some joke about releasing the 30,000 emails Hillary illegally destroyed. WELL? It's prima facie evidence of collusion.

Prima facie (/ˈpraɪmə ˈfeɪʃii, -ʃə, -ʃiː/; from Latin prīmā faciē) is a Latin expression meaning on its first encounter or at first sight. The literal translation would be "at first face" or "at first appearance", from the feminine forms of primus ("first") and facies ("face"), both in the ablative case. In modern, colloquial and conversational English, a common translation would be "on the face of it".

Prima Facie. Literally means "at first sight" or "on the face of it." "Prima facie evidence" is evidence that is good and sufficient on its face. A plaintiff makes out a "prima facie case" when he or she presents "prima facie evidence," which means that the plaintiff is permitted to prevail on that evidence alone, unless the defendant can put forth sufficient evidence to overcome it.

Not sure how to help you, Trollbot, if you refuse to understand basic terminology, even after the definition was provided. Trump Jr. said he would "love" for help with the campaign from the Russian government. This is illegal on its face. While [i]prima facie[/b] evidence constitutes probable cause, an investigation is warranted to determine whether a crime was committed beyond reasonable doubt.

You keep repeating this. "Trump Jr. said he would "love" for help with the campaign from the Russian government."
Trump Jr was offered "some official documents and information that would incriminate Hillary and her dealings with Russia..." Trump Jr's reply was "if it's what you say I love it.." To phrase this as Jr wanting help with the campaign is disingenuous at best, and dishonest at worst. I'm sure you'll reply with a pithy reply or another stupid link. Repeat it all you want. Repeat it every day, Won't change a thing. it's simply not true and there remains no evidence to support it. Hank_M: Trump Jr was offered "some official documents and information that would incriminate Hillary and her dealings with Russia..."
Keep reading. "This is obviously very high level and sensitive information but is part of Russia and its government's support for Mr. Trump." So Trump Jr. was told it was support from a foreign government hostile to the U.S.

Wrong. Hillary's reset button reset relations with the Soviet Union. Regardless, it also doesn't change the fact that your statement .... Clinton tried to draw Russian as a lawful member of the community of nations, but it didn't work, and it was clear at the time, it hadn't work. Russia had annexed Crimea against international law, and then invaded eastern Ukraine. They continued to imprison and murder dissidents, including people in other countries. They had already been identified as engaging in cyberwarfare against open democratic societies, including the hacking attack on the DNC. Russia was a known power hostile to the U.S., and Trump Jr. said he would "love" to have help with the campaign from the Russian government, which was known to have hacked his political opponent's email system. We know this because he said so.

QUOTE: As the Russians gradually assumed control of Uranium One in three separate transactions from 2009 to 2013, Canadian records show, a flow of cash made its way to the Clinton Foundation. Uranium One’s chairman used his family foundation to make four donations totaling $2.35 million. Those contributions were not publicly disclosed by the Clintons, despite an agreement Mrs. Clinton had struck with the Obama White House to publicly identify all donors. Other people with ties to the company made donations as well. And shortly after the Russians announced their intention to acquire a majority stake in Uranium One, Mr. Clinton received $500,000 for a Moscow speech from a Russian investment bank with links to the Kremlin that was promoting Uranium One stock. https://www.nytimes.com/2015/04/24/us/cash-flowed-to-clinton-foundation-as-russians-pressed-for-control-of-uranium-company.html

Neener neener: a special counsel should be appointed to investigate Hillary and the money she took from the Russians
A special counsel would only be authorized under the law if there was reason to believe an FBI investigation would present a conflict of interest. The FBI is currently overseen by Trump appointees. The FBI has already investigated the Uranium One deal, under Rod Rosenstein, who was later nominated by Trump as deputy attorney general.

Actually, we pointed to facts, such as a finding of probable cause, and that there is a distinction between evidence of probable cause and legal proof. We did agree with the author that a counterintelligence investigation was warranted, and cited Mueller's authorization on the subject. But you're just waving your hands, not actually making an argument. Yeah, bull. You've variously demanded negative proofs while turning probable cause on its head with possible cause. And you utterly ignore the tsunami of Democrat and Obarky administration illegalities while painting the Trump side as the sole perps when in fact he's the only guy from the Oval even slightly interested in swamp-draining.

No, Turdbot, we use the standard definition of probable cause, "a reasonable amount of suspicion, supported by circumstances sufficiently strong to justify a prudent and cautious person's belief that certain facts are probably true," as adjudicated by the courts under relevant precedents.

If opinion magically rises to the level of fact - a word you regularly abuse in your transparent appeals to circular reasoning and begged questions - then by extension I'd be arguing with racing goalposts and subjective framing, which for obvious reasons I'm kinda trying not to do.
You're a purveyor of opinion gussied up in the rhetorical disguise of "fact". Therefore it's already beneath any reasonable person to waste time on your obvious trolling. Consider these remarks a favor. Anyway, you expected someone to prove that Meuller didn't have damning evidence on X or Y. In other words, that having determined that X or Y were guilty all on your own, now a third party should prove that another third party could not, in some perversion of logic, corroborate your fictions. As far as possible cause you used possible in the same context - that given X was capable of Y as you imagined it, cause was established. Obviously a bunch of us remember it and nobody is buying your regurgitating the definition of probable cause as if you've ever used the term either consistently or truthfully. You're a troll. And you still owe your many victims an answer to the question how much you get paid to post all this racket.

I imagine the American Left and Deep State is watching these developments closely. In 1980, I worked in San Francisco for a trial lawyer. That experience taught me that "justice" begins with the first client/attorney meeting and the amount of any award is decided by phone during the next week or two, before anyone gets in the courtroom. HOWEVER, our office was in the same building as many of the immigration attorneys were located. There was a basement cafeteria where many of us gals ate lunch. It was nothing to hear one legal assistant tell another what the "day's price" at the local US Dept. of Immigration was and with which employee.
