We are a commune of inquiring, skeptical, politically centrist, capitalist, anglophile, traditionalist New England Yankee humans, humanoids, and animals with many interests beyond and above politics. Each of us has had a high-school education (or GED), but all had ADD so didn't pay attention very well, especially the dogs. Each one of us does "try my best to be just like I am," and none of us enjoys working for others, including for Maggie, from whom we receive neither a nickel nor a dime. It is way past time to take the schools back from the left. They have come to be nothing but indoctrination centers to lefty, pagan beliefs.

The first step is to destroy public sector unions. Public sector unions are nothing but giant slush funds for the democrats. I’m tired of paying, through my tax dollars, for my own philosophical destruction.

The lefties are like a stopped clock, correct twice a day by pure accident. Blue denims, the staple of Slob Culture, supposedly symbolizing solidarity with the Working Class, are a dated and phony piece of self-indulgent virtue signalling that needs a Permanent Rest. Approximately five people in the entire North American continent look good in skinny jeans, and three of THEM are college girls from China. And "designer" pre-ripped jeans? What bunch of fargin' posers, easy marks pretending poverty.

I suppose it's too much to hope for that folks might begin to wear non-jeans that fit, and are clean and pressed. But who knows? After President Trump, anything could happen.

I stopped wearing and buying Levi's about ten years ago, after they made it clear they are a San Francisco company with San Francisco values, and support the destruction of the 2nd Amendment.

At work, and in public, I wear pressed black original Wranglers and button-down shirts with ties.. No slobbabian for me.

The revolution always eats its own. Traitors of the old regime are always shot right after the losing enemies of the new regime. The traitors have already demonstrated they cannot be trusted.

Looks like a proggro shakedown. The San Francisco company hasn't been doing enough lately to advance the revolution. Evil profits must be used to fund the revolution.

Comey also committed treason and sedition. And the punishment for same is execution, not merely 10 years in prison. We need a LARGE gallows on the National Mall. And we're gonna need more rope. Mere imprisonment is not even REMOTELY sufficient for their crimes.

This is treason on an unprecedented scale. It is not just the Obama administration and Hillary campaign that were trying to overthrow Trump but also government institutions to include the FBI, DOJ, State department and intelligence agencies. Those charged should require incarceration at Gitmo and trial by military tribunals.

I am sure I wouldn't want to be there for unwashed hipsters taking off their jeans. I am tempted to buy some new Levis, though. I will wait to see how Levis responds to this. They will likely knuckle under and weaken their jeans by making them to meet the demands of these eco-Nazis.

I am all for a clean planet. What I don't want is leftists jetting around the world to tell me that my truck is immoral.

If you leftists really cared about the environment, you would kill yourselves on a compost heap after inventing really feasible wind or solar power that did more good than harm.

With the notable exception of Ed Begley Jr, who - love him or loathe him - actually walks the talk, the environmentalists are poseurs of the first order. I'll start paying attention to them when I start seeing them sacrificing their livelihoods, their personal wealth, their houses, their SUVs and (of course) their plane tickets at the altar of climate change.

It is not surprising that the Obama era rules may expose pizza store owners to law suits and even jail. That was the intent wasn't it? Why could a pizza shop simply post the highest calorie count possible. Say, each slice could be as much as 1800 calories depending on the ingredients you request. Wouldn't that be a legitimate compromise? It seems that the law punishes under estimating calories and not over estimating them.

This is interesting. April 26th is the Too Deadly to Wear protest. The idea is to not wear denim to protest climate change. April 25th was Denim Day. The idea is to wear denim to make a stand against misconceptions that surround sexual assault.

Does anyone seriously think Comey or HRC, or anyone in the Deep State who has broken laws to 'resist' Trump will actually be prosecuted?

But Trump! He boinked tarts, paid for them to go away, and talked to a G-Man about what was going on the in government he was elected to supervise. Misdemeanors and high crimes! Impeach and indict!

I don't see Kanye as a conservative. I see him exactly as he describes himself: a free thinker.

And that is what we should be encouraging.

I have ZERO problems with people having a more liberal stance on issues than I do. What I want to see happen is healthy debate over the issues and rational discussion.

I don't need Kanye to be 'conservative' to applaud what he is doing right now. I also don't need to agree with everything he says or like him as a person.

What I do appreciate is that he has broken the ice encasing most of this country. He has opened the door to minorities freeing themselves from the idea that they must be Democrats or agree with all liberal stances. That is a ridiculous notion.

Kanye's tweets have given others a bridge to free thinking, to breaking free of the idea that you are part of the 'left' or the 'right.' Why not just let us have our ideas and discuss them without name calling, demonizing or emotional junk? That is what I would like to see come out of this.

So, thank you, Kanye. Maybe we can finally let go of the anger, the insults, etc. and get back to listening to each other and agreeing to disagree.

I'm cynical. I think this is all just dreamed up as part of the continuing All-Kardashians-All-The-Time Network.

Viewership ratings were dropping a couple of years ago, so their promotion department said, "I know, let's make Bruce a transgender, that'll get the ratings up!"

Worked for a while, but things have been sinking again and now they have to come up with a new angle. "I know, let's make Kanye as an angry black man a Trump supporter, that's even more shocking than Bruce!"

If that doesn't work, then it may be, "Khloe Kardashian confesses that she had a hot threesome with Vladimir Putin and Donald Trump!"

They gotta keep enough money coming in to pay for gas for their Bentleys.
