So it now appears that it was Hillary and the Democrats, along with the Obama FBI/Justice Department, who were colluding with the Russians.

IF Putin truly owned the White House the absolute first thing he would do is shut down all US oil company fracking by means of or EO's and EPA regs, to the HUGE benefit and relief of Russia's financial situation! (Hmmmm, I recall a POTUS doing that very thing...some guy named Barry...)

Oil is al the Russians have to sell. They need prices as high as possible and all competitors out of the market. Problem with the collectivists at MSNBC is they don't understand basic economics!

It appears there are two possibilities. Either there are a few bad characters who have worked themselves into higher positions in the DOJ, FBI, and IRS. Or, the agencies are full of people who believe they are entitled to enforce their version of the law even if it means breaking the law. Either way, this is exactly the behaviors that makes us say drain the swamp. Whether it's a few or all- just go away.

This latest revelation is just the tip of the iceberg. It would appear that Obama weaponized the IRS, DOJ, CIA, NSA, FBI, State Dept. and others yet to be exposed in a massive anti-American, anti-constitutional coup. The Dems in congress were in on the plot and now they are in full offense mode to try to bury this huge takeover plot. The fight is still on, the dems think they can divert our attention from their crimes by pushing the Russian collusion meme even harder. This is the single largest constitutional crisis in our history and it is still a tossup over who will win/survive. If the Republicans can follow the leads and the law people will go to jail. Obama could go to jail (I don't think he or Hillary will but if we only followed the law and not politics they would). The only way to assure that a legal/criminal outcome will be pursued in this is by appointing a special prosecutor. If the Dems can delay all of this until after the elections they could take over congress and scuttle this. If the Republicans fiddle-duck around long enough the Dems lie,delay and confuse tactics can win the day. Without an authority with the ability to arrest and bring charges in a court of law this will all go nowhere.

What worries me the most is the MSM. If the free press is no longer doing their job and have in fact gone over to the dark side we are lost. IMHO it does not look good for justice right now.

In any case, the entire argument doesn't make a lot of sense. If the dossier was a pack of lies compiled by the Clinton campaign to sink Trump, then it makes no sense they didn't release it.

Under a Title 1 surveillance request every single piece of evidence must be verified when presented to the court. Also the individual must be presented to the court as a foreign agent. No guessing is allowed under Title 1. Each and every individual who signed on to these surveillance requests committed perjury to a federal court judge each of the 4 times they filed the request. There are many, many, many years of nooses, nooses, nooses that must be attached to each of these lawbreakers. The blog, "The Last Refuge", still provides the best description of the rules and who broke them.
