We are a commune of inquiring, skeptical, politically centrist, capitalist, anglophile, traditionalist New England Yankee humans, humanoids, and animals with many interests beyond and above politics. Each of us has had a high-school education (or GED), but all had ADD so didn't pay attention very well, especially the dogs. Each one of us does "try my best to be just like I am," and none of us enjoys working for others, including for Maggie, from whom we receive neither a nickel nor a dime. Freedom from nags, cranks, government, do-gooders, control-freaks and idiots is all that we ask for.
I wonder if there are vids with "contemporary" Blacks
dancing to "classic" White music (e.g. Putting On The Ritz, Yankee Doodle Dandy, etc)
...or, would that be "raaaacist"?
Great video. Thanks for sharing.
I am forwarding it to my very young grand-nieces, one of whom just started walking (but already likes watching motion on TV screen) as a high intensity dose of inter-generational culture transfer. Shirley Temple and Bojangles, Laurel and Hardy, the Marx Brothers, etc. Excellent.

I remember when this came out a couple of years ago near Christmas. I think I read then that it's a film preservationist- enthusiast who has a real creative talent. The editing timing is impeccable and the selection of material is superb, down to choosing old clips that appear to show the performers mouthing key words in sync to Bruno's lyrics. An amazing job and clearly a labor of love. I wish the compiler would put together some others. All the Best for the New Year to the community!
