Maggie's Farm

We are a commune of inquiring, skeptical, politically centrist, capitalist, anglophile, traditionalist New England Yankee humans, humanoids, and animals with many interests beyond and above politics. Each of us has had a high-school education (or GED), but all had ADD so didn't pay attention very well, especially the dogs. Each one of us does "try my best to be just like I am," and none of us enjoys working for others, including for Maggie, from whom we receive neither a nickel nor a dime. Freedom from nags, cranks, government, do-gooders, control-freaks and idiots is all that we ask for.

Coming out of Aldie's yesterday I saw and heard a brief encounter between two aggressive poll takers and an elderly woman. The question was about tax reform, and the elderly woman basically shouted over her shoulder as she walked by them telling them to take it from those that have it. Once again, take someones money and not mine.

Actually, I think this goes much deeper and is extremely dangerous. In the guise of trying to make things "comfortable" and "welcoming" for all, they seem to be sending the message that if we do not find you ideologically pure, we will cast you out. This is a direct rejection, even to the point of defiance, of "All men have sinned and fall short of the glory of God."

It's not a message of "You're a sinner, but you are forgiven", but "Don't worry, you're not really a sinner," or perhaps more pointedly, "these other guys were sinners, but we've moved beyond that." That leads inevitably to "If I'm not really a sinner, then what need do I have of the word and sacraments of the church?"

It wouldn't surprise me to see MLK reputation greatly diminished by the SJWs. He was too conciliatory. Not vengeful enough. Don't think they'll unperson him completely, but he'll be marginalized.

Because they hate Jesus, they hate the gentiles love and success due to following their (former) God, and they want all of the Christian world and all Christians to suffer for it. They will destroy all that is right a good and true even if it isn't Christian as long as it's the product of a Christian society. They rejected their own savior and they continue to reject anything that might be of Christ. They hate you.

RE Testosterone: I watched that and then read that those guys aren't gay. Not sure if I'm buying it.

I guess they were just looking for extremely effeminate men to fill those jobs. If so, they nailed it on the candidate search.

Right. So I'm left to wonder if low testosterone = effeminate? Or perhaps it's more accurate to ask if low testosterone results in an effeminate male?

Otherwise have to agree - those guys are certainly doing a great job of acting the part of gay men.

Scientifically, I do not think low-T correlates with being gay or effeminate.

Those fellows, however, certainly never had either a male role model or learned how to be manly men. Metrosexuals, of little interest to females.

Low-T doesn't definitely make a guy feminine. That's totally wrong. In fact, the majority of modern men have low testosterone, but it doesn't correlate with their orientation either.

1. Thank you Barrister for bringing forward this article. The time has come to address this problem and the effect this situation has had on the American scene for so many years now.

3. His control over the American Association of University Presidents was total, abusive, corrupt and without challenge for so many years. You and I both know he was never challenged because he was Jewish. His abuse was and continues to be brutal. If you review his record of going after smaller and many times Christian schools for minor offenses you will understand. He did on one occasion appear to go after a small Jewish school. You might check to see what if any consequences resulted from that particular event. Mostly he went after straight white males who were dominant in a particular field of study. It is time Barrister to pursue these people in academia. The professor at Evergreen was a unique situation. Clearly he is Jewish, but he only was confronted for two weeks. Then he received a $500,000 pay off. He will also be given a new better job in a better university--a job I am sure he is deserving of. However, we did not have the benefit of being Jewish so the head of AAUP found it comfortable to bribe witnesses, refuse to accept a case against his own Alma Mater and encourage people to stalk and blacklist my DH. Just don't want you to forget !
