We are a commune of inquiring, skeptical, politically centrist, capitalist, anglophile, traditionalist New England Yankee humans, humanoids, and animals with many interests beyond and above politics. Each of us has had a high-school education (or GED), but all had ADD so didn't pay attention very well, especially the dogs. Each one of us does "try my best to be just like I am," and none of us enjoys working for others, including for Maggie, from whom we receive neither a nickel nor a dime. Freedom from nags, cranks, government, do-gooders, control-freaks and idiots is all that we ask for.
The wrath of country club Republicans never burns so hotly nor are they ever so energetic as when they have base Republican voters in their sights. Democrats they can deal with, but a peasant voter uprising within their own ranks? That deserves a pogrom.
I hope you all understand that, just like with last year's Presidential election, the Koch-sucking Rove Republican swill will now throw their full support to the Democrat candidate. Their money will go to him, and the opposition research they have done against the Judge will be shared liberally as well. And if the results are close, don't be too surprised if the Alabama Republican party refuses to effectively support Moore in the ensuing challenges. Remember Joe Miller and Lisa Murkowski. And remember that was after the Shrub II "Justice" department that wrongfully prosecuted former Alaska Senator Stevens out of his job...
Rove Republicans and Democrats are nothing more than opposite ends of the same steaming turd. They both have the goal of One World Government. The only difference is that the Republicans want to head that direction slightly slower, and they have a different set of cronies that they want to let slop at the government trough while en route.
And by the way, Rove Republicans are nothing more than Rockefeller Republicans who have been dusted off and tarted up. SSDD.
All the congress-critter-crooks get your money.
Do you think it is their brilliant investing acumen that permits them and their friends to get rich on their straight congressional salaries?
Or, maybe being silent business partners of patriotic-minded lobbyists and their clients? Or direct paymnts - The DC swamp version of the college basketball recruitment wager: "bet you $100,000 you can't jump over that short stool"
