Maggie's Farm

We are a commune of inquiring, skeptical, politically centrist, capitalist, anglophile, traditionalist New England Yankee humans, humanoids, and animals with many interests beyond and above politics. Each of us has had a high-school education (or GED), but all had ADD so didn't pay attention very well, especially the dogs. Each one of us does "try my best to be just like I am," and none of us enjoys working for others, including for Maggie, from whom we receive neither a nickel nor a dime. Freedom from nags, cranks, government, do-gooders, control-freaks and idiots is all that we ask for.

Bless her, but those are not safe tree-cutting garments.

The Sister's heart was in the right place, but man that chain really needed sharpening. Did you see her sawing the chainsaw back and forth trying to cut a tiny little branch. LOL! Anyway, you GO, Sister!

You can tell the chainsaw is dull just by the fine powder stuck to it.

She must have a lot of faith to tempt danger in that get up. And it's not like the 911 bubble is back into full inflation so she could very likely bleed out before getting to a functioning ER.

Same sentiment - I watched this and loved her spirit, but immediately realized that chainsaw has been sitting a long time, and the last person to use it did not sharpen it!

Looks like an Ursuline nun, like Mother Margaret Mary who beat a few things into me.

In a contest between an Ursuline and the chainsaw, my money is on her.
