We are a commune of inquiring, skeptical, politically centrist, capitalist, anglophile, traditionalist New England Yankee humans, humanoids, and animals with many interests beyond and above politics. Each of us has had a high-school education (or GED), but all had ADD so didn't pay attention very well, especially the dogs. Each one of us does "try my best to be just like I am," and none of us enjoys working for others, including for Maggie, from whom we receive neither a nickel nor a dime. Freedom from nags, cranks, government, do-gooders, control-freaks and idiots is all that we ask for.
At the bottom of web page it states:
"The FDA, due to the current state of their regulations, has taken the positions that virtually all shipments of prescriptions drugs imported from a Canadian pharmacy by a U.S. consumer will violate the law."
I have found the best prices and the best service to be at the local "mom and pop" pharmacy. The big chains are a rip off and deserve investigation by the feds and states. Example: local Walgreens. Wanted $350 for the generic form of Lunesta. Got it at "The Medicine Shoppe" for $12. Do not think you can even get controlled substances, even sleep aids, from Canada. The Vancouver site has a really poor search engine also. Used to get meds from another Canadian site until they started sending me stuff sourced from Barbados. Now the feds have pretty much shut down our access to Canadian pharmacies. Big Pharma wins again.
I used to go to Mexico to fill prescriptions. I live about 60 miles from the border and a freehand and I would drive to Tijuana, leave our prescription t the pharmacy, go play golf that the Tijuana Country Club, and pick up the prescriptions after noon. We were all physicians so it was easy but the pharmacies caught on and the the discounts vanished. We stopped going.
