The crisis of bored youth

Perhaps the "bored youth" need more access to government midnight basketball?

And with this sort of cash lying around, if you got really bored you could take a vacation trip to California or Europe. Or maybe spend it on some summer computer programming courses. When I was a bored youth with only the money I had from my paper route, I'd go fishing or read a book or throw together a little baseball in the neighborhood.

However, I never desired any jail cred. I think jail cred, for these youths, is what Eagle Scout was in my neighborhood. It's a multicultural issue to which we are supposed to be sensitive.

Wonder when Obama will address the nation regarding this horrific and tragic crime?

Wonder if Holder will pursue this as a hate crime?

Drudge did his job by posting the two pix as a stark contrast of a son of civilization vs a feral son of the vibrant culture so that the MSM can't conveniently ignore the racial component of this story or ignore the store completely. That picture on Drudge can't capture the vast gulf between these two cultures that exist in the US any better. As a citizen of Atlanta for hopefully not too much longer this is very chilling.

Note to clueless Australian Vice PM...we don't have a gun control problem in America, we have a vibrant culture problem. No amount of gun control could have prevented this tragedy.

The only solution that I can think of at this point is more aggressive identification and incarceration of these bored feral yutes.

When I think of the time and money that has gone into support systems for teens such a this -- one NGO has increased its budget from $100,000 in 1970 to over $3.7M in 2010 in one urban city alone and it is only one of 20-plus entities serving this community -- it makes dread the future.

The last thing we need is to increase the number of illegals in our schools and, most of all, in our street gangs. We already have a growing problem-population whose culture totally lacks respect for education, the family, marriage before children, and a work ethic.

How about getting that under control before we open our borders to more people needing over-the-top services?

This psychopathic event was brought up while at lunch with some coworkers today. One of them responded with, "Well, that's the problem with guns! When we were kids you just had fist fights."

It was the gun, not the psychopath kids. Sigh.

The problem is that those who "could" do something about this problem are in denial, making excuses or using things like this to further their own career. Bill Oreilly interviewed the father of a teen girl killed by gang members in Chicago who were trying to kill some other gang members. The father simply touted the Democrat propaganda, i.e. that more gun control was needed (in Chicago!) and stop and frisk is racist so he wouldn't want to see them do it in Chicago. I feel for the parents of this young girl but they are clueless useful idiots of the left. His daughter was killed by black youths how on earth would he believe that if somehow stop and frisk was applied to more white people it would become more fair or more effective? Obama making excuses for Trayvon. Other parents of children killing kids blaming the police saying their kids just got in with the wrong group. Until the parents stop making excuses and take responsibility this will continue and even get worse.

Those of you who think the "Civil Rights" establishment is only concerned about racial division and white (and white-Hispanic) violence against blacks have such a low opinion and misguided antagonism - dare I say racism - against people like Reverend Jackson.

Well he tweeted his concern today. He is going to pray for Chris Lane and his family AND he said that killing should be frowned upon!

See!!! Geez!! How racist can you be? He said it should be frowned upon. What more do you expect from him??
