Maggie's Farm

We are a commune of inquiring, skeptical, politically centrist, capitalist, anglophile, traditionalist New England Yankee humans, humanoids, and animals with many interests beyond and above politics. Each of us has had a high-school education (or GED), but all had ADD so didn't pay attention very well, especially the dogs. Each one of us does "try my best to be just like I am," and none of us enjoys working for others, including for Maggie, from whom we receive neither a nickel nor a dime. Freedom from nags, cranks, government, do-gooders, control-freaks and idiots is all that we ask for.

The Bellagio

I thought the Bellagio the most tastefully decorated hotel in Las Vegas. -- An imp called Gavin liked it, too.


There's a long ceiling made up of blown glass flowers.



Here's one of the Bellagio's famous blown glass flower chandeliers.



The flower garden atrium is a zone of peace.



Except if its giant bees sting.

FIRST! I love your new lulu gear! I just bought that jcaket and it's my new fav. You look GREAT!SECOND, B rocked the shorts but I would NEVER let A and his chicken legs go out in public wearing them.. especially VEGAS!

Great hotel, exactly as I remembered it. On the far right side of the garden is a restaurant that has great omelets. They call 'em something fancy, but they are still omelets. . .
