I really don’t get what our Republican candidates find so difficult to grasp. The message is simple. Pay for your own damn birth control…. What more do you want? Free shipping and handling?

Sharia in Pennsylvania - a bit behind the times, over at Volokh Conspiracy a lot of it is debunked (e.g. the Judge is a Lutheran). The consensus is that he decided on the basis of law and evidence which is OK, but probably should have berated the defendant ("In the USA speech is defended even if you find it objectionable, and assault is punished: you are very lucky that the evidence against you is insufficient") rather than the victim. Whose sign, by the way, seems to have contained a lot of errors even I would object to orally, though not physically.

and has been for years, as noted in the article. This is not the first time it has been pointed out, but it always seems like "news" because it is only published one day a year.
