Maggie's Farm

We are a commune of inquiring, skeptical, politically centrist, capitalist, anglophile, traditionalist New England Yankee humans, humanoids, and animals with many interests beyond and above politics. Each of us has had a high-school education (or GED), but all had ADD so didn't pay attention very well, especially the dogs. Each one of us does "try my best to be just like I am," and none of us enjoys working for others, including for Maggie, from whom we receive neither a nickel nor a dime. Freedom from nags, cranks, government, do-gooders, control-freaks and idiots is all that we ask for.

Read this book: The Devil's In The Cows

Sippican has published his first book, and it's about time. He calls it "flash fiction." As many of our readers know, the guy knows how to repair a chair and to spin a yarn.


You can buy it here, or at Amazon. I did.


Better yet, buy a few copies and use them for Christmas.

By the way, I didn't know cottages could write. Do they, like, fill the rain spout with ink, or what's the story there?

(title reminds of the last line of this passage from The Tempest)

PROSPERO
