Maggie's Farm

We are a commune of inquiring, skeptical, politically centrist, capitalist, anglophile, traditionalist New England Yankee humans, humanoids, and animals with many interests beyond and above politics. Each of us has had a high-school education (or GED), but all had ADD so didn't pay attention very well, especially the dogs. Each one of us does "try my best to be just like I am," and none of us enjoys working for others, including for Maggie, from whom we receive neither a nickel nor a dime. Freedom from nags, cranks, government, do-gooders, control-freaks and idiots is all that we ask for.

Sittin' On The Dock Of The Bay

If you are not yet aware of Playing For Change, which brings local international musicians and singers into a mix of favorites, here's a recent addition to its playlist. We earlier brought you Playing For Change's amazing work. Since, Playing For Change has continued to produce wonderful music. You can (I do) get lost for hours and return hours in Playing For Change's playlist on Youtube.

In a little Rocky Mountain town the one beggar i like watching is a white woman in a dress with hula hoop action.

I cain't stand watching any Obamas or hearin'.

I never thought I'd hear a cover of that song better than Otis Redding. It's not better but I listened to it 4 times.
