We are a commune of inquiring, skeptical, politically centrist, capitalist, anglophile, traditionalist New England Yankee humans, humanoids, and animals with many interests beyond and above politics. Each of us has had a high-school education (or GED), but all had ADD so didn't pay attention very well, especially the dogs. Each one of us does "try my best to be just like I am," and none of us enjoys working for others, including for Maggie, from whom we receive neither a nickel nor a dime. Freedom from nags, cranks, government, do-gooders, control-freaks and idiots is all that we ask for.
Good find, Captain Tom. While I did all those poses back in the day in NE, I find it hard to remember which of those poses I liked - or remembered- the most. My guess is the aching back from snow shoveling was the most uncomfortable and most remembered pose- most remembered for being the most uncomfortable.
I was inspired to find other Frost Heave NH videos on YouTube.
The "mosquito in the bedroom" pose is also found in other parts of the country, in accordance with with mosquito biogeography.
I have read that Florida swamp mosquitos are a lot faster and harder to swat than Alaskan mosquitos. Your take?
