We are a commune of inquiring, skeptical, politically centrist, capitalist, anglophile, traditionalist New England Yankee humans, humanoids, and animals with many interests beyond and above politics. Each of us has had a high-school education (or GED), but all had ADD so didn't pay attention very well, especially the dogs. Each one of us does "try my best to be just like I am," and none of us enjoys working for others, including for Maggie, from whom we receive neither a nickel nor a dime. Freedom from nags, cranks, government, do-gooders, control-freaks and idiots is all that we ask for.
bless you, BD, for being unafraid of plain old Gospel sentiment --myself i go in circles when i try to think it through, but put it with music and images of angels and, well, i get a glimpse, i get a glimpse.
The closing image, the spinning dancer in silhouette, do you remember a long time ago posting --not the whole image in the vid, but just the dancer against a blank background? The text was, "which way is she turning?" --iirc, some could see her change direction, could 'make' her change direction in mid-spin, could make an optical illusion, while others never could. I think we put it in the comments as being some sort of left-brain / right-brain flexibility. been awhile --back when i first started reading Maggie's Farm.
BTW, the old gent @ 3:55 - 4:00 --i really identify with the old feller, and have, ever since November 2008 election day.
Under 'too much information', heh, the image @ 4:10 - 4:15, the little child angel leaving through the gate, leaving to Fly Away, well that's where my eyeballs decided to just go on and spring a little leak. Silly old fool.
