same thing couple days ago on Kudlow show, where in one breath communist midget Robert Reich (Clinton's Labor Sec & current Obamambo tink thanker) dismissed private SocSec and HSA accounts as too vulnerable to 'unstable' markets (ed. note: made ever much more so by Democratic policies not to mention Wall Steet Dem financial shenanigans --but that's another story) and then two minutes later on the succeeding topic hailed the Obama admin as all success on the grounds that the very same market has climbed 60% back from its year ago bottom.

Maybe Reich was so confused because he'd just come from a seafood restaurant, where when he had asked the maitre if they served fried shrimp, the maitre had answered "Sir, we serve ALL our customers, but DO request they not over-imbibe."
