The degree of understanding required to deal with Islamofascism is minimal. First, the holy text commands eternal war until all non-Muslims are either dhimmis or dead; second, history tells us that the attempt to impose the universal caliphate can be turned back. Then a third fact is required: as leftist columnist Oliver Kamm reminds us, "They won't leave us alone, whatever we do."

Much of Islam is unevolved, and therefore unwilling to live as one religion in a world of many religions. Virtually all Jews and Christians simply ignore the commandments in The Old Testament (Leviticus in particular) that mandate cruelty and intolerance; many Muslims do the same with parts of the Koran. In time, having been prevented from enslaving the world, Islam will mature, and be a good neighbor -- without Huntington's "bloody borders." That will probably take another five hundred years.

So for now, we must fight -- or see Western Civilzation and its heritage eradicated.
