We are a commune of inquiring, skeptical, politically centrist, capitalist, anglophile, traditionalist New England Yankee humans, humanoids, and animals with many interests beyond and above politics. Each of us has had a high-school education (or GED), but all had ADD so didn't pay attention very well, especially the dogs. Each one of us does "try my best to be just like I am," and none of us enjoys working for others, including for Maggie, from whom we receive neither a nickel nor a dime. Freedom from nags, cranks, government, do-gooders, control-freaks and idiots is all that we ask for.
You don't think they will let this scam go so easily, do you? It was tweaked from "Global Warming" to "Climate Change".
The idea was, of course, to be able to continue the scam when the lack of warming was exposed. But they got caught fudging the data. No problem, just need to dettach the scam from the the temperature data entirely (well, nearly so).
The scam just needs another tweak from "Climate Change" to "Climate Instability". Now, any day, week, year, or decade that does not match the mean demonstrates "instability" and the scam lives on.
Way too much money to give it up. They'll just toss a couple scapegoats under the tractor wheels and continue on their merry way.
I think the new battle cry will be "Climate Instability" . They wore out "new ice age" in the 70`s we stopped getting warmer a few years ago so that finishes "Global warming" and that is the next easiest in the progression of phrases. If it isn`t easy to say it is too hard to sell so to me that leaves "Climate Instability".
EMF pollution. Radio waves are everywhere. It's digital asbestos!! So, no fires allowed to keep warm, no electricity to keep warm ( or cool in the summer), no meat, no fuel to run the machines to raise crops. Ok. Check we're done.
Just as a further comment on the Global Warming Hoax, I'm amazed that people still really haven't tumbled to the fact that the primary data source that supposedly shows dramatically increased CO2 is a monitoring station on the Island of Hawaii that is totally compromised by the fact it is situated next to a volcano that has been erupting the last 30 years. All the data has to be "corrected" for the local CO2 contamination.
The smog from the volcano, or "vog" as we call it, sometimes gets so bad that here on Oahu, a couple of hundred miles away, visibility is limited to a mile or so. It can be as bad as the worst smog you will see in L.A. or Beijing.
Here's what Oahu looks like on a typical "voggy" day:
Not really, at least not as long as there is snow and rain, but just like glowball warming, it's all about money and power and the idea of running out of clean, fresh water has the required fear factor built in to it.
