We are a commune of inquiring, skeptical, politically centrist, capitalist, anglophile, traditionalist New England Yankee humans, humanoids, and animals with many interests beyond and above politics. Each of us has had a high-school education (or GED), but all had ADD so didn't pay attention very well, especially the dogs. Each one of us does "try my best to be just like I am," and none of us enjoys working for others, including for Maggie, from whom we receive neither a nickel nor a dime. Freedom from nags, cranks, government, do-gooders, control-freaks and idiots is all that we ask for.

Multicultural mass wedding, with little girls

Jawa reports on a mass wedding, sponsored by Hamas, of what appear to be 450 pre-pubescent girls. You just have to put your multicultural hat on to appreciate the joy of this occasion.


Video on that second link. The AFP article mentioned nothing about the ages of the girls, but did report:



"We are saying to the world and to America that you cannot deny us joy and happiness," Zahar told the men, all of whom were dressed in identical black suits and hailed from the nearby Jabalia refugee camp.


Each groom received a present of 500 dollars from Hamas, which said its workers had also contributed five percent of their monthly salaries to add to the wedding gift.



These guys do not need to anticipate "When forty winters..."

Is there some cultural thing we are missing about this? Like being a guardian or something because otherwise its just sick.

The Religion of Peace????? THIS is supposed to be equivalent to Christianity or any other sane religion (or any sane person???) PUHLEEEEEASE. These are pedophiles at worst, child abusers at least. There is no equivalence here AT ANY TIME!!!!!!

These littel Girls are not theyre wifes!!!!!!
please try to understund that in islam out of respeckt the woman should not stay together with men,the real wifes are sitting somewere else and celebrating and having a lot of fun together ,and all these littel girls were just tacken as symbol,they took them from different areas of ghaza so they could be happy for a while and forget what they have seen during the war its a kind of terapie and i garanti you that i´m telling you the truth
