I haven't ever given out my email address to anyone on the net or at Maggies Farm..so what id ridiculous about your site being compromised by what can only be someone authorized by Maggies Farm pooh bahs or one of the pooh bahs themselves?

Simply blowing it off as ridiculous isn't reasonalble nor does it begin to answer a problem Maggies Farm may have with the unauthorized use of you comtributors email addresses.

Answer that.

Do you have some culpability in the charade? Then who is authorized to see the email addresses of contributors.

What absurd is that this occurred in the first place, no doubt over the written word on the Internet and someone who disagrees and decides to take an action that they and very few others are allowed to take?

It must be an absolute horror for some of you people, have to reach so far from the truth that is right in your face.

One thing some of you are really paranoid about is Leaq being me, or another person du jour being me. For quite some time I've just been Habu, with the exception of Possumtater which goes way back. At other times when a nome de Internet has been used F.Charle Cunninham or some such name I've never used it to castigate another. In almost all cases those were light hearted mirthful comments.

When I have something serious to say or criticism I use Habu. I don't need any subterfuge to hide behind when I'm being serious.

The simple fact that several of you don't like the way I express an idea has got your panties in a wad. Luther is forever trying to edit my presentation and can't seem to come to grips with an honest disagreement. Meta has shown herself to be vulgar and petty.

But the real topic here has nothing to do with whether I like having things turned on me. That is expected in this type of forum.

What is at issue is that Maggies Farm has a clearly stated policy of not divulging email addresses and in this case only a person with administrative privilage can breach that. It isn't about me but the integrity of this site and how right up to this typing they refuse to say , Hey we'll look into it"

I can hold my own in any colloquy I engage in, and if I know I can't due to lack of knowledge on the topic I usually don't comment at all. But I don't have any trouble doing point-counterpoint.

Some of you are beginning to blur the line between the reality of the Internet and it's ability to allow a person anonimity and the real world where you would simply walk away in frustration.

Now how about let's seeing if this site will enforce it's own instructions and laws or if they'll selectively choose what and against whom they will enforce those concepts.

I would still encourage you to address the crux of the discussion which isn't about our previous name calling or disputes but rather the lack of Maggies Farm enforcing it's own standards or do, as I stated, selectively and without thought for each contributors safety.

I would enjoy hearing your thoughts on that.


I also encourage others to share their thoughts on whether eqanimity in action with regard to posters is too much to ask of a blog.
