Yes, we are all sick and tired of Islam and the multicultural Mafia - and also of the Dutch-style suicidal idiocy. What's in their water? If a religious belief cannot handle a little multicultural criticism, what good is it?

The Islamists are easily offended because of their narcissism. Bullies easily take offense. It is not low self-esteem, but inflated self-esteem, that causes this oversensitive nature. They believe they should have a certain status - higher than others, actually. But they have not earned it, so they resent those who have.

It is a nearly automatic consequence of boys achieving higher status than their mothers at a very early age. The males are narcissistic in a society to the degree that the females are devalued.

I don't think I agree with the narcissism hypothesis. Muslims are taught by their religion that they ARE superior to the infidel. A feature common to most organized religion by the way, or at least it used to be before the days of PC.

I don't think narcissism has anything to do with the dynamic being discussed. The lone poor Muslim with nothing gains his glory only through Allah. The individual sense of self required for narcissism is either lacking or dormant. Subjugated to the greater 'good' of his religion.

Besides, when does a narcissist ever think they are less than others, an impossible condition for a 'real' narcissist I would think.

Now... if one were to consider the all encompassing Islamic religion as narcissistic, then... I would agree. But not the individual members of the 'hive-mind'. The drones in other words.

Sure, some have and do know those who live away from the 'hive'. Those then are able to have focus on their selves, their dreams, hopes and aspirations. But as a percentage of 'believers' I think their numbers small.

Mr. Condell gets me fired-up. I wish Rush would invite him on his show for a nice chat about multiculturalism.

I won't whine about generalizing, but I will say that over my years of teaching, I taught many Muslims. They were wonderful and I think for a period of ten years straight, the valedictorian was a Muslim. Their work and study ethics were exemplary as were their manners and willingness to fit in without joining the crazy debauchery of many of the typical American teenagers. I never saw a hint of holier-than-thou attitude; if anything, they were humble and accepting.

And yes, I do know what Mr. Condell is talking about - the much larger scale problem, not the Muslims who do accept and accommodate differences with alacrity.

I know. All the Moslems I have met have been fine folks. Two points: 1) I don't really know what they say when they aren't around me. 2) The squeaky wheels get the grease.

I think he is referring to the comments on the youtube link where the video originally resides, here. Some of them are quite sophomoronic.

I have known a couple of muslims. My opinion - Any muslim that has yet to join the jihad simply has yet to join the jihad. That or they have yet to really explore their faith, and upon doing so will no longer claim islamic membership. I have yet to hear the moderate, peace-loving islamic leader say anything about those who are tainting the "religion of peace" with their violent antics.

You don't offer many options there, unfortunately. For the peaceful Muslims, jihad may be: I will run a fine grocery store so that I may pay for my son or daughter to go to MIT or GIT. These Muslims are not leaders in a position to stand up and say anything. They're too busy working in a capitalistic society and understanding liberty: Freedom from and freedom to. And not disturbing the peace.

AVI... That's a very cogent analysis of Muslim narcissism, and indeed narcissism in general, which seems to affect our younger generations more than it does the older, more realistic citizens. Sometimes I think the slogan of most folks under 30 is "but what about *Me?*"
