Maggie's Farm

We are a commune of inquiring, skeptical, politically centrist, capitalist, anglophile, traditionalist New England Yankee humans, humanoids, and animals with many interests beyond and above politics. Each of us has had a high-school education (or GED), but all had ADD so didn't pay attention very well, especially the dogs. Each one of us does "try my best to be just like I am," and none of us enjoys working for others, including for Maggie, from whom we receive neither a nickel nor a dime. Freedom from nags, cranks, government, do-gooders, control-freaks and idiots is all that we ask for.

Obama loves Maggie's Farm

Obama seems convinced that Dylan endorsed his candidacy... I prefer to adopt RightWingBob's skepticism on the matter.

Wonder what personal associations come to Obama's mind when "Maggie's Farm" is rockin' in his iPod? Daley, Ayers, Wright, Axlerod, Emanuel, et al. That's "Obama's Maggie's Farm". Blago in a brief cameo? If O feels like he's workin' on Maggie's Farm now, just wait til' January 20 and the four years' following. Anyone gettin' the urge to re-write the lyrics in honor of our 44th Prez? Now, back to the Maggie's Farm cuts so thoughtfully provided by BD.

Live at Budokan was the best rendition of MF. And no, it doesn't need to be rewritten for the 0-man.
