From Iraq the Model:

Instead of telling us to stop fighting back, I'd like to see some people stand up and protest the crimes of the terrorists and tell them to stop the killing and destruction�turn the stop-the-war campaign against the terrorists, is that too much to ask for?
Tell the criminals to stop killing us and stop attacking the people who are risking their lives fighting for liberty and equality.
We're not asking the media and the stop-the-war crowd to carry arms and shoot the terrorists; we just want them to stop shooting at us.

How succinct. That last sentence in your excerpt says it all. Though a hopeless plea I fear. A depressing situation for us here. For those who live in the heat of it, a deadly situation. How ironic that those who speak of humanity and the greater good have no inkling of the harm they do. How low we have sunk. Forgive my hyperbole, but the left sucks. Always has, always will.

It takes all kinds, but his kind, that is, the sniveling whining arab kind, had four years, more than half trillion dollars spent, 150,000 US troops, of which thousands are now dead wounded and maimed for life, while this nanny does nothing but hide in his parents' apartment. Why should I have any respect for his kind, Luther? Tell me, is this the "Model" we want others to aspire to? How many more billions do you plan spending on Iraq, while Iraqis twiddle their fingers and shirk their duty and responsibility?

I see nothing wrong in describing someone as nanny and a faggot, if it provides an accurate description. I guess censorship of my comments does more for the discussion. Fine. I will save both of us the trouble.

'A faggot' and a nanny' is a derogatory expression for a homosexual male. If you ask me, describing with derision homosexual activity is exactly what young adults should be taught.

I don't want to be personal, but over the past couple years online I've learned from mika that he and his family have a pretty up-close-and-personal history of having to deal with lethal ideologies, being eastern European Jews who suffered under Hitler, fought him in Stalin's army, then saw USSR betray them as soon as it was safe to do so, then made their way to Israel where they've had to deal with the same sort of evil only under a pale green flag rather than a Red or Black. His hometown was rocketted just last summer.

As I said, I don't mean to hurt feelings--just to add some context to what may seem a bitterness that is probably more justifiable than most Americans can fully feel.

RE the post: Exactly. Is it too much to ask? I am not one to write editorials to newspapers or to write/email news outlets, but this past week, I did. Turns out I was one of the largest deluge of emailed fury to hit the MSM.

Marshall McLuhan had it right; and I'm so glad for the blogs' efforts to crush their one-sided, exploitive messages.

I have no prolem wif the nipple-twiddlery, myself. I always go look in the mirror and see if I can make myself look like them hot babes. I especially like practicing the sultry looks. :)

It's all cheesecake, but it is uplifting and inspirational and makes me vow to do more push-ups.

What is funny about 'nasty' words and such is that the MSM gets this ridiculous glee about being able to speak such on air. "Nappy-headed ho's", "Faggot"..... man, they burned the airways up with that. I know it disappointed them when another big story came along and made them stop. "Dang. A killin'. We don't get to say "nappy-headed ho's" anymore!

But just remember, backwards, a mirror is just a rorrim.

And then there's chirality. So you're looking at a chiral, which sounds like "cheerful" (a little bit like it, anyways).

If catching a glimpse makes you knock back a stiff shot, always say "Chirs!"
