Title IX is intentionally badly written law written by lawyers to please/benefit a special interest group. I doubt it would stand up to the scrutiny of an honest constitution supporting Supreme Court. I also doubt that we will ever see an honest constitution supporting Supreme Court again.

I don't disagree. There are at least four Supremes in SCOTUS who were placed there because of their left leaning "living constitution" biases.

I am not sure but I don't think Chief Justice Roberts likes Trump and I think for that reason only he prevented ruling on that issue. That one issue more than anything I can remember going before the Supreme Court was an issue that they could not and shouldn't have avoided. It went right to the heart of our federal and states rights under the constitution. Five Democrat states stole the vote from the other 45 and THAT precedent was allowed to stand. As to how big a deal it was: We are undoubtedly going to endure another great depression. Illegal aliens unchecked will increase their killing in our country from 10,000 a year to maybe 20,000. Russia aggression in Eastern Europe and possibly nuclear war. Our president, vice president and speaker of the house are dumb, dumber and dumb and dishonest and at their core anti-American. We are all in deep shit mostly because the Supremes in the once in a 250 year opportunity to actually protect the Republic and the constitution took a pass.
