What a load of hogwash. This "leader" Satya Nardella, is recommending a cultureless organization. She keeps talking about "deep shared understanding" but that's not what she really means. People who have a deep shared understanding are all part of a cohesive group. That means they share a culture, a language, a religion, and a set of moral ideals. You couldn't put a lesbian, a homosexual, a Christian, and a Muslim together on a team and expect good results. So to remedy that, they would punish the Christian. What this woman really wants is to exclude values from the act of working. But working is supposed to be a rewarding activity, an extension of who you are. Asking employees to live in moral isolation as a condition of employment is inhuman. But feminism demands that we all abandon our past, our ideals, and our values. (Marines for example, are required to approve of gay marriage. Even though that's not how they really feel.)

So according to Satya, the only attitudes which we can bring to work are "inclusion" and "optimism". In other words, the outlook of a robot. Communism teaches that America is obligated to transfer knowledge and money to the third world, in the name of equality. So Microsoft is now teaching Americans that they should become joyful agents of their own destruction, by teaching their jobs to foreigners. The only response then is to cancel all government Microsoft contracts. Word for Windows should not be on a single American computer. And then to expel the Indian and Chinese communists who run Google, and Microsoft, and Chase. After that, Satya can give her pathetic leftist advice from Mumbai. And American software companies can hire American programmers who are free to voice their own opinions, without fear of reprisal. Communists like Satya ad Bill are a nasty bunch, so they will have to be dealt with thoroughly and completely.
