Maggie's Farm

We are a commune of inquiring, skeptical, politically centrist, capitalist, anglophile, traditionalist New England Yankee humans, humanoids, and animals with many interests beyond and above politics. Each of us has had a high-school education (or GED), but all had ADD so didn't pay attention very well, especially the dogs. Each one of us does "try my best to be just like I am," and none of us enjoys working for others, including for Maggie, from whom we receive neither a nickel nor a dime. Freedom from nags, cranks, government, do-gooders, control-freaks and idiots is all that we ask for.

A vote for any Dem is a vote for Nancy and Harry and The Won, due to the "birds of a feather stick together" rule.

Well that should make for a mighty big and roudy tent for the Repubs and will probably make those farthest to the right head's explode.

My take...I'll vote for any party who can stamp out the last of the hard left 68'rs and happily argue about where to define the middle after that. There's plenty for a non left coalition to agree on. The cranks on the far right just have to remember that you have to win first to play.

Or neither. I lean Republican by default, not inclination.

Still, negative voting has sustained the Republic for over 200 years, despite the bad press it gets every election cycle.
