Maggie's Farm

We are a commune of inquiring, skeptical, politically centrist, capitalist, anglophile, traditionalist New England Yankee humans, humanoids, and animals with many interests beyond and above politics. Each of us has had a high-school education (or GED), but all had ADD so didn't pay attention very well, especially the dogs. Each one of us does "try my best to be just like I am," and none of us enjoys working for others, including for Maggie, from whom we receive neither a nickel nor a dime. Freedom from nags, cranks, government, do-gooders, control-freaks and idiots is all that we ask for.

Friends?

As VDH observed on the John Bachelor show the other night, the O administration offers succor and submission to our enemies and enmity and insults to our friends. Obama Refuses to Dine With Jewish Leader.


According to this plan, we end up with emboldened, unrespectful enemies - and no friends. Brilliant...if you dislike America.

Shameful and classless, I expect better even from those I oppose but it seems like we live in a new age with new rules.

Why does the public in general think Obama is so intelligent? His outrageously rude actions to a long-standing ally prove that he is both ignorant and lazy, that he knows nothing of diplomacy and cares nothing about the fact that he is supposed to represent the people of this country, not his own ignorant prejudices. Any small town mayor in this country would know better.

Because his enablers in the MSM keep drilling his superior intellect into the public's head.

Appears they've dropped the "although he remains personally popular" bit now, though.

Obama's lack of civility to the Jewish PM indicates more to me than just personal prejudice. I think it reflects his muslim upbringing. Nothing Obama has done reflects his claim to be a Christian. Rev. Wright's gospel in not Christian. The Obamas have not attended church since the election. Bowing to the Saudi King. Disrespected the Dali Lama. Obama just does not want to be seen, photographed or dine with a Jew. It would hurt his muslim credentials.
