Maggie's Farm

We are a commune of inquiring, skeptical, politically centrist, capitalist, anglophile, traditionalist New England Yankee humans, humanoids, and animals with many interests beyond and above politics. Each of us has had a high-school education (or GED), but all had ADD so didn't pay attention very well, especially the dogs. Each one of us does "try my best to be just like I am," and none of us enjoys working for others, including for Maggie, from whom we receive neither a nickel nor a dime. Freedom from nags, cranks, government, do-gooders, control-freaks and idiots is all that we ask for.

That 'floating nuclear weapon' ship is too scary. I wonder what they're going to do with it? I find it hard to believe the supposition that Iran planned to detonate it near Israel because they'd end up wiping a lot more than Israel off the map.

It will drive the financial world under the control of tyrants: London and Dubai will be under sharia law (yes, England is falling); and, HK will be under Red Chinese control.

Ditto on that floating bomb. I tried standing like a studly fellow, felt really weird. Kinda gay in a good sorta way. Who would of thought that by the way a man stands , would attract women. Hell, I told my wife that I was rich, and the wacky wench fell for it. Nothing studly about that, just a bald faced lie. Been payin for that lie for a long time. German, Irish broads are crazier than Dagos!!

Please don't try to stand like Michelangelo's David, jappy. I've always thought he looked like a sissy. Your lovely wife, I'm sure, fell in love with you because you were such a forthright person, and so good looking. If you start standing around like David, she'll become terribly disillusioned. And maybe a bit cranky. And so will I.

As far as the "floating bomb" is concerned, these dam' terrorists and Communists never think far enough ahead ... like, if it's as successful as they hope, they'll be killing off present and future customers by the hundreds of thousands. I had been thinking that perhaps we should sink the dam' thing as fast as possible and let the sea take care of it, but that simply makes a giant toxic hole in the sea bottom and poisons all the fish for God knows how long.

These terrorists don't have enough to do. We should put them out in the fields chopping cotton until they're too exhausted to do anything but sleep, or breaking up big rocks into little rocks as those cruel Southern prison guards made them do in those apocryphal [sp.?] early Hollywood movies we no longer see. That's what should have been done with Bill Ayers. Maybe he would have matured a little by now. But he's just as childish and bad tempered as ever. Is it because he's so short, maybe?
