Further investigation reveals some interesting facts:

As it turns out, during President Clinton's second term, Democratic legislators re-proposed the 22nd Amendment, thereby 'recycling' it back to its native state, thus exempting then-president Clinton.

Plus:

"This article shall be inoperative unless it shall have been ratified as an amendment to the Constitution by the legislatures of three-fourths of the several States..."

As it turns out, massive voter fraud on the part of the Republicans was later proven by the Democrats, thus nullifying those states' votes, therefore the amendment never passed in the first place.

I'm just winging it here, but think I've got a real future with one of the next President Clintons.
