Maggie's Farm

We are a commune of inquiring, skeptical, politically centrist, capitalist, anglophile, traditionalist New England Yankee humans, humanoids, and animals with many interests beyond and above politics. Each of us has had a high-school education (or GED), but all had ADD so didn't pay attention very well, especially the dogs. Each one of us does "try my best to be just like I am," and none of us enjoys working for others, including for Maggie, from whom we receive neither a nickel nor a dime. Freedom from nags, cranks, government, do-gooders, control-freaks and idiots is all that we ask for.

Ms. Bhutto also was hailed as a democratic leader but her control of PPP was for life.

Perhaps, some in her peoples party wanted the end of that skirt's dictatorship.

Cambridge educated lawyer Aitzaz Ahsan or/and Ms. Bhutto’s second-in-command, Makhdoom Amin Fahim.

I'm sorry, but I totally disagree with the sentiments regarding Benazir Bhutto. In my opinion we should show some respect and honor her memory, at least for a few days or so. I didn't know much about her, but I am saddened by her death. No one deserves to die like that.

Instead of condemning Mrs. Bhutto, perhaps we should focus our condemnation on her assassin, and those who conspired with him. No one has the right to take the life of another, no matter what the circumstances. Don't forget that the people that killed her are the same ones that want to kill us.

Pakistan officiala have updated Benazir's cause of death to be self inflicted.

Pakistani queen for life of PPP, it is reported bumped her own head.

Hard to imagine that but metaphoricly, yes indeed.

Two shall be one flesh.

Christian wife she claims to be her bid for presidency is flipoff to USA and circumvents the spirit of the two-term limit.

Unless she's closet Mormonistina and working for her own planet to rule.

That maybe, given recent comments of Billy Jeff to the effect.
