My wife has been a teacher for 32 years. She has many accolades and awards and is hard to engage in a debate over schooling. However she will tell you straight up that their are Black parents she has seen and heard coaching their first grade children to "act retarded" since they will get more money from the government under those circumstances. The underclass knows how to 'game" the system as well as the Wall Streeters, they just don't get to Wall Street that often because they game at too low a level initially and never acquire the knowledge base to handle the complexities of options,margins,rate swaps, and the like.

I knew a 10%'er at the local dog track. Know what a 10%'er is? It's a person who makes a living cashing the large winning tickets for other people. He provides his SSN and other IRS info for 10% of the winnings. He then spends all the rest of his time picking up the tossed away losing tickets to use as write offs against the winnings...he was plenty smart and could easily have been a broker but preferred working the system differently. Gaming at a different level.
So next time you're at the track, horse or dog, and hit a big trifecta and feel like breaking the law just watch the IRS window for a person who consistently cashes in at that window. Not that I would ever recommend it.
