OK , here's an idea that late on a Sunday night will go no where.

Perhaps it wouldn't go anywhere on the sunniest day of the week but here it is.

A NATIONAL PREPAREDNESS DAY"

It woild take place on a weekend day.

The sole object would be to have every American who owns a rifle, shotgun, or can legally carry a side arm in public to be seen with the rifle or gun.

In front of town halls would be a good place....don't carry any ammo, don't get inot any arguments with anti gun people just be SEEN, in the millions across the nation with a weapon in your hand.

Can you imagine a spontaneous event like that happening, nationwide?

I mean we go to the polls to exersice our write to vote. We arite to blogs and newspapers, and out flyers and use bullhorns to exersice our freedom of speech.

But our guns remain in the house behind the bedroom door. They should be shouldered at least once a year and seen in public..that's one of our rights too..and a big one that guarantees all the others..

I say we should our guns and let the world see us using all of our rights.

Perhaps if the Muslims thug militias who love to show off their Ak's were to see TV coverage of 200,000 million Americans shouldering arms once a year they might just calm down a bit ...a picture like that would be worth a million words.
