We are a commune of inquiring, skeptical, politically centrist, capitalist, anglophile, traditionalist New England Yankee humans, humanoids, and animals with many interests beyond and above politics. Each of us has had a high-school education (or GED), but all had ADD so didn't pay attention very well, especially the dogs. Each one of us does "try my best to be just like I am," and none of us enjoys working for others, including for Maggie, from whom we receive neither a nickel nor a dime. Freedom from nags, cranks, government, do-gooders, control-freaks and idiots is all that we ask for.
Beautiful. Though I can't imagine it would be much fun out on a choppy Puget Sound, or when hauling in a halibut.
On the other hand, it looks as if it would fit alongside the house. Though I would probably be required to first buy a straw boater hat and a white Gibson Girl parasol for the Missus. Maybe join a barbershop quartet?
What a beautiful craft...but did an illegal alien or Karl Marx ever.....Habu,Habu, my G*d man get a hold of youself this is the boat section.
"Well yeah but did.."
"No, no dids or Marx or Sandanistas or any of that jazz"
"well did it ever have people on it celebrating Geo. Washington's birthday , like tow days from now?
"That's it calm down, find your happy place...yes In fact (lets humor Habu) this is THE boat he crossed the Delaware in to attack Trenton and rout the nasty Hessions in the Revolutionary War"
"oh kool, I think I'll take a nap now"
"good ok"
"THIS IS MY RIFLE, THERE ARE MANY LIKE IT BUT THIS ONE IS MINE............
Trenton--wow--what a story. I mean the whole thing--the background, the stakes, the operational problems--and the results. Not one of my kids was taught that battle, in their schoolings--but they got plenty about Geo Washington's warts. "Deconstructionism" dontcha know.
I was thinking more along the lines of...this is my rifle, this is my gun...are where they the same...too long ago. But, nice craft none the less, perfect for an afternoon of lollygagging.
OK, I paced off the distance and it fits between the shed and the front fence, making allowances for the trailer tongue and some maneuvering room. I would have to move one of the birdhouses, but that is a small matter.

If all Maggies readers would only take their daily meds as prescribed, we would not rocket from a pretty little launch to GW's warts.
If you'll post the Maggies Farm guidebook to postings I'll look it over and see if it fits my style and is compatable with my psychological problem. If they can be reconciled great, if not, that too will be just as informative.
I think he was appreciating, not depreciating. At least, that's how i will take it, in this strange land i'm a stranger in. This world where Little Lulu and Machine Gun Kelly stroll hand in hand over the bridge to Somewhere, across the river of life, upon which i float like a leaf.
