Maggie's Farm

We are a commune of inquiring, skeptical, politically centrist, capitalist, anglophile, traditionalist New England Yankee humans, humanoids, and animals with many interests beyond and above politics. Each of us has had a high-school education (or GED), but all had ADD so didn't pay attention very well, especially the dogs. Each one of us does "try my best to be just like I am," and none of us enjoys working for others, including for Maggie, from whom we receive neither a nickel nor a dime. Freedom from nags, cranks, government, do-gooders, control-freaks and idiots is all that we ask for.

Climate Update: We are not "deniers": We are skeptics of all hysteria on any subject

Time for another. Perhaps the discussion in the world is beginning to change to something more real and less hysterical.

Nigel Calder blames Mr. Sun. So do we. He is worried about the sun returning to normal, and chilling us. Also, Flares has a fine selection of pieces on the subject: "Deniers."

The Czech President has a great interview on the subject, here. He says it straight - smart guy. Meanwhile, Moonbat enviros protest Valentine flowers.

ABOUT HOLLYWOOD, JOE McCARTHY, AND HOLLYWOODS PROBLEM WITH AMERICA TODAY.

The Left and particularly Hollywood love to cry McCartheism any time there is an investigation of collusion between Hollywood nad the commies or soon the Islams.
WellJoe McCarthy was abrasive in his hearings but he was dead on right in his information..so the blacklisting took place in H-wood.
Today H-wood still hates the right for this even though many in H-wood were members of the Communist Party of the United States ( CPUSA )
The attached article will provide the individual who doesn't understand why Hollywood hates America with some greater understanding.
