We are a commune of inquiring, skeptical, politically centrist, capitalist, anglophile, traditionalist New England Yankee humans, humanoids, and animals with many interests beyond and above politics. Each of us has had a high-school education (or GED), but all had ADD so didn't pay attention very well, especially the dogs. Each one of us does "try my best to be just like I am," and none of us enjoys working for others, including for Maggie, from whom we receive neither a nickel nor a dime. Freedom from nags, cranks, government, do-gooders, control-freaks and idiots is all that we ask for.

Handy kitchen tool: Heavy-duty rolling rack


Handy when you need to move lots of stuff from kitchen to outdoors. I doubt many readers have outdoor kitchens (I don't, except a charcoal grill which I rarely use), but if you do, these are useful.  Or for outdoor suppers.

I might be delusionally optimistic, but that cart might hold 1000 pounds.

I might consider this when we remodel our kitchen, along with a propane grill, and just keep it on the back porch. Feeding six people 2-3 times a day is going to be tricky with no kitchen.

That cart is not for a heavy duty kitchen. Heavy duty equipment is a lot more expensive. I'd buy it as a throw-away for the couple weeks during the remodel.

I bet Mark meant to type 100, not 1000.
