We are a commune of inquiring, skeptical, politically centrist, capitalist, anglophile, traditionalist New England Yankee humans, humanoids, and animals with many interests beyond and above politics. Each of us has had a high-school education (or GED), but all had ADD so didn't pay attention very well, especially the dogs. Each one of us does "try my best to be just like I am," and none of us enjoys working for others, including for Maggie, from whom we receive neither a nickel nor a dime. Freedom from nags, cranks, government, do-gooders, control-freaks and idiots is all that we ask for.

Re the Canadian doctor - seems to me like there's some folks out there who get their jollies by going around, trying to find someone who won't give them what they want, and then causing trouble for that person.

So even an innocuous question (like the pizza place that wouldn't cater a gay wedding a few years back - they hadn't ever catered a wedding if I remember right, but the 'journalist' asked the question as a 'gay wedding') can cause severe repercussions.

And as we go into the political season, I figure we'll see more and more of that concept on display.

The WEF is exposing themselves for what they are. No one who has ever attended the WEF should be allowed in government service hired or elected unless their attendance was to expose the WEF. Why, for example, would Gov Kemp be attending the WEF? Why would any governor attend it? Everything the WEF stands for is contrary to our constitution intent. This is about so much more than their attendees flying private jets and living a rich lifestyle. The WEF is a threat to life and freedom and more in line with a terrorist organization than anything else. They intend to rule the world and intend to kill people to do it.

A couple of months ago Tucker Carlson provided the entire vest cam footage of George Floyd's arrest along with the official autopsy results. The dude died of a fentanyl overdose and heart failure. He wasn't strangled. That evidence was disallowed in court and four policemen are in jail for many years to come for a BIG LIE.

That is incorrect. Body cam video from Officers Lane, Kieng, and Thao were all entered as evidence at trial. Of course, the autopsy was also presented at trial.

Perhaps the Big Ring in the Sky is God blowing smoke rings. It makes as much sense as astronomers think they see a pattern billions of light years away.
