Maggie's Farm

We are a commune of inquiring, skeptical, politically centrist, capitalist, anglophile, traditionalist New England Yankee humans, humanoids, and animals with many interests beyond and above politics. Each of us has had a high-school education (or GED), but all had ADD so didn't pay attention very well, especially the dogs. Each one of us does "try my best to be just like I am," and none of us enjoys working for others, including for Maggie, from whom we receive neither a nickel nor a dime. Freedom from nags, cranks, government, do-gooders, control-freaks and idiots is all that we ask for.

The David Brooks articles on his awakening is comedy. Does any part of the DC uniparty and beltway ruling class catch onto the awakening?
I'm now awaiting Paul Krugman to arrive at an awakening of Bidenomics. After seeing how Nobel Laureates in economics were involved in some of the functioning of Enron and LTCM I am not holding my breath.

Cue the I am aware of all internet traditions Juan McLame or Mr. Pink in generic faux AC/DC logo "rock band" shirt going back to middle school with a skateboard.
They are just that clueless.
The "aristocracy" in France had that deer in the headlights look as well.

The J6 committee has just publicly admitted that they hid and destroyed evidence that didn't support their intent and desired conclusions. This is impeachable for those on the committee and a criminal offense as well. This will all be ignored by the MSM and the DOJ but these people should go to jail for this massive coverup.
