Maggie's FarmWe are a commune of inquiring, skeptical, politically centrist, capitalist, anglophile, traditionalist New England Yankee humans, humanoids, and animals with many interests beyond and above politics. Each of us has had a high-school education (or GED), but all had ADD so didn't pay attention very well, especially the dogs. Each one of us does "try my best to be just like I am," and none of us enjoys working for others, including for Maggie, from whom we receive neither a nickel nor a dime. Freedom from nags, cranks, government, do-gooders, control-freaks and idiots is all that we ask for. |

There is abundant and absolute evidence that the 2020 election was stolen. Not just a little around the edges but massively stolen possibly a total of 25 million votes either switched by the machines or fabricated by the left, the unions and NGO.s to get Biden elected. The fact that we haven't even looked at the evidence and that the politicians and legal arm of our government is actively avoiding looking at it and in fact spends excessive time and effort to deny it is frightening. Given this do you really believe this is "your" country anymore? Do you really believe that your vote counts and the next election will be fair? Your country has been stolen from you. The politicians, the MSM and a handful of billionaires stole it and now they are trying to secure it from you ever getting it back. That is why they are flooding the country with illegals. That is why they are using intimidation tactics like punishing the J6 demonstrators and going after Trump. That is why the ATF is in a full fledged war against the 2nd amendment. THAT is why a dozen big left leaning law firms are going after anyone or anything that supports your constitution. You are toast and do not yet realize it.
"The fact that we haven't even looked at the evidence and that the politicians and legal arm of our government is actively avoiding looking at it and in fact spends excessive time and effort to deny it is frightening."
If you believe the vote was honest and someone disputes it, you wouldn't fight tooth and nail efforts to perform an audit. You'd go ahead and prove what you know to be so. Of course if what you know to be so is something different than what you're saying it is, well... re Eliminating Fossil Fuels Will Produce A Crippling Decline In Human Well-Being
My biggest fear is that the Democrats will succeed in ridding the USA of fossil fuels. That would result in a nation where only a few could travel and most of us would have electricity only intermittently. Production of goods and their distribution would be intermittent as well. The effects would be catastrophic. It would be a self-inflicted nightmare and the possibility of it coming to fruition looks very real from this point in time. It would result in a actual insurrection and a collapse of our government followed by martial law. THAT is the goal because once that happens anything is possible. Most of the Americans involved in this plan are simply in it for the money and power but make no mistake the foreign influences have something far more nefarious at heart and intend to destroy us. Everyone advocating for climate change policies is either stupid or a traitor. No mistake they are one or the other and should be treated as such. Kerry is a traitor and has been all his life. Ditto for Biden. Ditto for the entire Democrat party at the congressional level. And they have weaponized the entire federal government to be traitors as well.
re Trump indictments:
Rush Limbaugh Predicted Democrats Would Indict Trump QUOTE: What would Rush have said? Well, we don’t really have to wonder. In one of his last episodes before his death, Limbaugh predicted that Democrats would attempt to prevent Trump from becoming president again by indicting him. “I know they desperately want Trump gone and I know that they desperately want it codified that Trump cannot run again because make no mistake, they remain scared to death of you and they remain scared to death of Trump, Trump — 75 million, 80 million votes — and I’m going to tell you, you’re not going anywhere,” Limbaugh told his listeners. “Even if Trump does, you’re not. . . . He was right. Democrats tried and failed with impeachment, and they knew that Trump wasn’t going to go quietly into the night. And Democrats have been so desperate to stop him, they’ve been quite brazen about it. The Biden administration has now indicted Trump twice, first for mishandling classified documents — a crime both Hillary Clinton and Joe Biden have allegedly committed, but not faced criminal prosecution for — and now again, basically for saying the election was stolen. https://pjmedia.com/news-and-politics/matt-margolis/2023/08/02/flashback-rush-limbaugh-predicted-democrats-would-indict-trump-n1715546 re How Accurate is Christopher Nolan’s ‘Oppenheimer’?
Wow! Sounds like a very good movie. Thanks for posting. QUOTE: ’climate change, to use a phrase of Napoleon’s, has entered the realm of 'lies agreed upon.'” He suggested that “anyone who claims certainty on this subject is a charlatan. - Conrad BlackWe sure do have an over abundance of charlatans. We live in a society of very high technology. Yet the majority of people that use the technology literally have no idea how or why it works. Much like the fool from North Face (CEO) that was going to not make jackets for a petroleum company. He seemed to have no idea that 95% of his products come from petroleum. Meanwhile, in Boston: QUOTE: Boston Mayor Michelle Wu signed an executive order on July 31 banning the use of fossil fuels in new construction and major renovation of city-owned buildings, as part of a commitment to climate action and to "advance racial and economic justice." via Epoch Times.Just how do you build anything without fossil fuels? Does she mean no fossil fuels in any part of the production process? How do you do that? Will the construction crews be allowed to use shovels, modern plastic hard hats? Does she not know that something as simple as manufacturing a shovel requires fossil fuels? How far up the supply chain does this ban extend. What causes the majority of Bostonian’s to elect such an ignominious to elected office? B. Hammer: Just how do you build anything without fossil fuels?
Not quite. It means that the constructed or renovated building will not require fossil fuels. In Boston, you can now get 100% green energy for a competitive price. Hammer: Just how do you build anything without fossil fuels? Zachriel: Not quite. What does that even mean?
Please, explain to the audience, how you build a solar panel or windmill without petroleum? Don't tell us about 'green' highly subsidized energy, at a 'competitive' price. Just explain to us how you build your 'green' energy without petroleum? B. Hammer: Please, explain to the audience, how you build a solar panel or windmill without petroleum?
Huh? Did you even read our comment? Construction will require fossil fuels (as well as emissions from concrete), but the operation of the constructed building will not require fossil fuels. Although there will be emissions during construction, the result will be much lower total emissions over the life of the building. We addressed your original confusion. If you are also concerned about the construction of the energy supply, it's the same equation. With current technology, there are emissions during construction of green power plants, but the operational power plant doesn't emit much if any greenhouse gases. Although there will be emissions during construction, the result will be much lower total emissions over the life of the power plant.

All knowing one- to what extent are subsidies applied to achieve 100% “competitive” pricing? Details please!
Louis Miller: to what extent are subsidies applied to achieve 100% “competitive” pricing?
Boston Community Choice Electricity (BCCE) is just a buyer of existing energy sources. Most forms of energy are subsidized, including fossil fuels, but fossil fuels don't pay for the damage caused by carbon emissions. It isn't a cultural revolution, it has been converted into a multicultural revolution. A guaranteed dead end where everything is to be worshipped with equity except, of course, as approved by the latest marxist third wave cartel.
First new nuke plant in 30 years. They need to be built like buses or cars. Common parts and common design. Custom plants require custom parts, custom assembly, and custom operation. That makes them "custom" expensive. Nuke plants are the future and we need plenty of them. The first amendment is great and the guarantees can be found nowhere else but I still think it is the second amendment that makes the first amendment far more secure than even the SCOTUS can make it secure. Nuclear reactors are a construct of the white male patriarchy.

The Derp State apparatchiks will burn down the world to cling to their power and pots of gold. Now even some of the dull and void are starting to see that this Jonestown Democracy is not a good deal. And the white male patriarchy needs to build more and with an assembly line price.
