The document "scandal" is actually a crime not a scandal. It is clear that Biden ferreted away these documents during his term as vice president and that is a felony. A deeper question is why? I hope he did it to hide is other crimes in Ukraine. I hope that because the alternative option is he did it to sell the documents to the Chinese. So now there are two more crimes and perhaps treason. The two additional crimes are his crimes in Ukraine of course and the coverup of those crimes. The treason would be did he sell the documents (or access to the documents to the Chinese). To answer these questions we need to know what is in the documents. BUT THAT is being hidden from us in yet another coverup by the DOJ and the FBI. More crimes!

It would be a felony, but there is no evidence at this point to support such a claim. That they immediately contacted the authorities, conducted a more extensive search, and surrendered the documents would argue against that conclusion.

In the case of the documents found in his garage, it’s a hard case to make that it wasn’t Joe.

That isn't known at yet, but it looks like human error.

When the initial document was found, the attorney stopped and contacted the authorities. The rest of the search was conducted by people with security clearances.

What this case boils down to is Biden illegally squirreled away classified documents, stored them improperly, they have more than likely been compromised and enough federal laws have been broken to put people in jail for 30 years. There is no acceptable excuse, i.e. "human error" or "immediately contacted the authorities" or "surrendered the documents". At every step a felony was committed.

The sole purpose of the special prosecutor in this case is to cover it up. I would predict two possibilities: 1. The special prosecutor declares after a few months that no guilt, no charges, all is forgiven. OR 2. He keeps the case open and secret until Biden passes away.

What a third world country the Democrats have made of the once great and proud US of A.

18 U.S. Code § 1924 requires that the person acted knowingly, so an error of misplacing a classified document (defined as concerning the national defense or foreign relations) would not represent a criminal act. Immediately contacting the authorities and surrendering the documents would mitigate the damage, but would not exonerate a person who did act knowingly.

No, the felony is not having the TS (SCI) documents properly secured. Reporting it affects, rightly, only the severity of the punishment, which is likely to be very, very harsh. Like years of jail and permanent loss of clearances to access similar documents. Compromising TS documents is akin to treason.

What if the purpose of the war in Ukraine is to push the U.S. into depleting their critical war fighting supplies. The U.S. army is critically short of artillery ammunition because we gave it all away and haven't replaced it. We are giving away our armored vehicles and anti-aircraft missiles too and not replacing them. Why are we doing this?

Russia and China have a GDP of $20 trillion and are largely dependent on imports from the West for high-technology components. NATO and its democratic partners have a combined GDP of $50 trillion and are the global leaders in technological innovation. Much of that money is wasted, of course, but so is much of Russia's military spending, as we have seen. The West can certainly respond to the threat, but it will take consistent effort and a more rational fiscal policy to do so.

Sure, they can. Ukraine is showing what a small country can do to make an invader pay a high price for aggression. The West, however, is far from unprepared. Adversaries can take on soft targets and disrupt international trade, but they do not have the capability of a direct conventional attack on NATO.

The claim was that the war in Ukraine was an attempt to degrade the supply of ordnance in the West, but this is exactly where GDP and commitment can make the difference. Indeed, it may leave the West better prepared than before the war.

Any word that encompasses a concept as large as "woman" is going to have varying meanings depending on context. You can assign different meanings if you're talking about genotype, phenotype, physical, social or cultural cases. It is entirely possible that someone may present as a phenotypical male, but socially as female.
The big dispute, is who gets to assign the social and cultural definitions, and which definitions get used in different situations. At this time the Left is demanding, first off, that they are the only ones who have the right to make these determinations, and secondly that social definitions of "female" trump all others.

If Alec Baldwin can be charged with manslaughter for killing a producer with a gun that was supposed to be harmless and he had no way of knowing it was dangerous; Why can't Big Pharma officials and government officials be charged with manslaughter and even charged with murder when they knowingly forced vaccinations on people knowing that many would die from the vax??? Where are the prosecutors who so eagerly charge people for accidents but ignore what is shaping up to being the biggest genocide in history?

I recognize that the big pharma was given a guarantee that they would not be sued for damages BUT I don't think that prevents them from being charged with a crime, in this case manslaughter or murder. And it surely doesn't absolve government officials who knew the vax was deadly but mandated it anyway. There should be prosecutions and trials. The public needs to know what happened and the government needs to know that there are repercussions to their tyranny. I want to see Fauci and people from the CDC frog walked to jail and face trial.

Liability protection was enacted during the Bush Administration with the Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness Act.

If the manufacturers knew the vaccine was dangerous and withheld that information from the regulators, then they would be liable. However, the vaccines passed Phase 3 trials with very strong results and little evidence of any serious side effects. Since then, the data clearly shows that the vaccines saved far more lives than were lost due to deleterious effects from the vaccine.
