The 110 years was just plain stupid, the law is an ass. Ditto for the 20-30 years that the prosecutors were willing to reduce it to. And I think even the ten years the governor changed it to seems excessive. If he was negligent I can see 5 years for manslaughter. It would be reasonable to hold him civilly liable. If he committed other crimes then those could be adjudicated too. The law needs to be changed; What happens to the next guy that gets in an accident.

It is odd that now stats show a much higher percentage of the vaccinated are becoming infected with covid than the unvaccinated. This seems to suggest two possibilities:
1. The vaccine simply doesn't work.
2. The vaccine actually makes you more vulnerable to infection.

It seems that both of these are true now the question is was this the result of incompetence or by intent?

Total fantasy! A solar panel can never in it's lifetime produce as much energy from the sun as was expended to create and install it. Most of them are built in China at facilities powered by coal fired electrical power generators.

Commercial PV and wind can never be practical it is all supported by government subsidies to make it even come close to looking practical. It simply can never be the source of our power in the future. It is all fake.

That is laughable. A flawed study. They didn't compute energy payback they computed cost payback BUT only after a huge government subsidy. Do yourself a favor and use Excel if you know how to and find the cost of an unsubsidized PV panel (For example 100W @ $100). Determine how much in watts you can average daily in your location (typically 450 watts). Then using a reasonable cost per KW determine how long it will take to pay back ($0.06/kWh in my location). My calculation was 10.15 years.

BUT that doesn't include the cost of money (don't make me explain that to you if you don't know look it up). Or the associated costs of a PV installation and batteries controller, etc. If you are honest (and I doubt you can be) you will discover that a PV system without the subsidies and using general accounting principles can NEVER pay for itself.

I just heard a commentor on FOX talking about the Jan 6 "attack" and basically said it was Trump's fault because he told lies about the election. Not a far lefty, not a communist Democrat, just a regular commentor and he said this why? The evidence is there for all to see so I doubt he is simply unaware that the 2020 election was massively stolen. I can only guess he is afraid to not toe the party line on this because otherwise he will be ridiculed.

When did we lose the U.S.? It could be as some say in 2008. It could be Nov 3rd 2020. I think it was the day the Supreme Court turned down the state AG's in their suit against the election. That at least was the nail in the coffin. Now we are into Fascism, slow creeping fascism but fascism never the less.

Don't believe it? Imagine going to see The Matrix Resurrections and having to show a vax pass, a negative covid test and wear a mask. If you do this without it really bothering you than you missed the whole point of the movie. Don't go to movies? How about flying or a cruise? How about going into any government office?

In many states now if you go to the hospital/clinic with a positive covid test they have anti-virual medicine you can take to treat covid. BUT if you are white you cannot get it!! Do you get it yet?? Are you ready for the red pill? Are you ready for fascism?

In Arizona 22,039 mail in ballots were received the day before they were mailed.

Georgia received 950 military ballots were received in sequential order which would be impossible since they should have each been mailed seperately and all 950 were for Biden.

Between 2-4 AM in Pennsylvania they found 1,000,000 ballots for Biden with no other vote marked.

Speaking of allegations: over 2000 people, not activists or right wing people, came forward to give testimony under oath of voter fraud that they witnessed and left wing judges chose to ignore. It is clear that the left wing judges and legislators have done everything they could to "cover up" the truth. Each of the states that experienced extensive voter fraud should have appointed a special prosecutor to investigate it. Every state should require voter ID and vote in person ID in hand. Every state should require paper ballots because most of the cheating was done using the voting machines.

Imagine a country where you don't require ID to prove you have a right to vote but require and ID for almost everything else you do in life. And now they are requiring proof of vaccination to get a job. If you haven't figured out yet that your government has been taken over after the Nov 3rd 2020 insurrection than you will simply have to accept your new slave masters.
