Yawn! It was obvious she was a far left activist as soon as she emerged from her lair. Now, supposedly, we know she lied. So what! Until she is indicted, tried, convicted and gets jail time it doesn't matter. Until then she got away with her crime. Will the Biden administration award $450,000 to each parent or spouse of the 10,000 Americans killed each year by illegal aliens???
President says those payments are 'not gonna happen'
QUOTE: During a press briefing on Wednesday, President Biden claimed a report that his administration would shell out $450,000 to illegal immigrants whose families were separated at the border was “garbage” and the payments were “not going to happen.” But during a press briefing on Thursday, the administration admitted that they were going to give those illegals a payday for an undisclosed amount of money. https://www.mrctv.org/index.php/videos/garbage-comfortable-nets-skip-massive-payday-illegals Aw gee whiz!
QUOTE: ACLU Executive Director Anthony D. Romero suggested Biden might be out of the loop. "President Biden may not have been fully briefed about the actions of his very own Justice Department as it carefully deliberated and considered the crimes committed against thousands of families separated from their children as an intentional governmental policy," he said. feeblemind: https://www.mrctv.org/index.php/videos/garbage-comfortable-nets-skip-massive-payday-illegals
Families are suing for when Trump punitively separated families at the border. The government will try to settle knowing they would probably lose if they went to court; but according to your own citation, for a lower amount than was being reported. Via your citation you were making the point that payments weren't gonna happen. Period. There was nothing about payments happening at a lower number.
Biden flip flopped in one friggin' day. Perhaps he had wandered off script? Or, more likely, his puppet masters take us for fools. feeblemind: Via your citation you were making the point that payments weren't gonna happen. Period.
As it's based on a lawsuit that will probably be successful, a settlement is likely. The amount will largely depend on how long parents were wrongly separated from their children. Some were separated for over a year. Here's some additional information: https://www.vox.com/policy-and-politics/22763438/family-separation-settlement-biden-trump

Biden was out of the loop on the $450 thousand to illegals and he was out of the loop on the nuclear sub to Australia that got Macron bent out of shape. Biden isn't in the loop for anything other than his paycheck. This is Obamas third term with most of his old staff and the reason he didn't retire to Hawaii.

Biden is supposed to be out of the loop as it is being handled independently by the Department of Justice. indyjonesouthere: and he was out of the loop on the nuclear sub to Australia that got Macron bent out of shape. Biden was the one who made the announcement as part of an effort to contain Chinese expansionism. He has admitted the rollout of the deal was not handled well with respect to France.

Aw Gee whiz. Graphs with different colored squiggly lines.
Thanks KiddieZ. So you are admitting math is hard for you?
The graph sums up nicely what is wrong with the article. I trust Jim Geraghty's analysis that Blow is retweeting a map of current case data, and that's what he was responding too. I'm not sure exactly what you think the graphs Zach is plagiarizing are refuting since one is deaths, not cases.
QUOTE: The southeastern states are dominated by white and light yellow, indicating lower average numbers of daily cases; patches of orange and red are in the northeast and west, and counties in the Rocky Mountain west are deep red and maroon, indicating the highest average number of daily cases. None of the information in the graphs includes a Rocky Mountain state, and the information he does present on cases conforms with the summarization of the map that Geraghty provides. Also farther in the article. QUOTE: In fact, if there’s any bad news on the COVID-19 front in the U.S. amidst a steadily improving picture, it’s that while new cases and hospitalizations are down significantly from late summer, our death rate is still around 1,000 per day — the seven-day moving average is currently 1,073. That’s better than the near-2,000 level in late September, but . . . clearly, the U.S. still has an unfortunately high number of people who are either unvaccinated and vulnerable to the virus, or vaccinated but still vulnerable because of age or other health problems. Oh, and Ctl-F 'Florida'? 0 hits. Christopher B: the graphs Zach is plagiarizing
The graphs include attribution. Christopher B: the information he does present on cases conforms with the summarization of the map that Geraghty provides. Geraghty's headline is somewhat misleading. While the north is exhibiting more cases than the south, the difference is small when compared to cases in the south over the last few months.

Largest Anglo-Saxon gold coin hoard found in Norfolk
https://www.bbc.com/news/uk-england-norfolk-59151380 Ten Months Later What about those pipe bombs?
QUOTE: On the eve of January 6, a shadowy figure caught on video allegedly planted two pipe bombs outside the headquarters of the Republican National Committee and Democratic National Committee, both located close to the U.S. Capitol building. Security camera footage posted by the FBI shows a man in a gray hoodie, wearing a face mask and gloves, carrying a backpack in the same vicinity between 7:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. on January 5. (Video and photographs posted by the agency, however, do not show the suspect actually placing devices near the buildings.) The bombs were made of “1×8-inch threaded galvanized pipes, a kitchen timer, and homemade black powder,” according to an FBI bulletin. Karlin Younger, an emergency management specialist at the Department of Commerce working remotely that day, said she had noticed the device, wedged between a garbage can and a fence, on her way to do laundry that afternoon. “It’s just by chance I did laundry when I did. I don’t think anyone else would have walked by unless they were taking out the garbage.” During the tabletop exercise, the Post revealed, a “young analyst was ready to present a worst-case scenario: Someone could plant an improvised explosive device near the Capitol. With law enforcement distracted, extremists might then band together and attack government buildings, maybe even the Capitol.” And irony of ironies: That is precisely what happened. Capitol Police, according to the Post’s timeline, responded to the pipe bomb threat at around 12:45 p.m.: The activity proved a distraction for officers guarding the Capitol. A D.C. homeland security official assigned to keep eyes on the swelling crowd was sitting in a black SUV on the east side of the Capitol, by a row of Capitol Police bomb-squad trucks. Suddenly, officers jumped into several of the trucks near him. The official called Donell Harvin. The two flashed back to their tabletop exercise on Dec. 30, and how an analyst had imagined a scenario in which improvised explosive devices could be used to distract law enforcement before an attack on the Capitol. ‘Is this really happening?’ the official asked Harvin. Fascinating! So a fleet of bomb-squad trucks just happened to be on the east side of the Capitol complex, which happens to be the location of both the RNC and DNC headquarters, at exactly the same time a device is found? And what about Karlin Younger? She just happens to be an emergency management specialist working at the time with a network of first responders when she located the device? https://amgreatness.com/2021/11/04/ten-months-later/ re Note that I’m not saying that the whole climate scam is going to collapse tomorrow. Just that the hysteria has reached a peak beyond which it has nowhere to go.
Oh yeah? Climate activist warns young people that climate change will lead to their mother's rape and "war in every neighborhood" in this generation QUOTE: A gang of boys will break into your house demanding food. They will see your mother, your sister, your girlfriend, and they will gang rape her on the kitchen table. They will force you to watch, laughing at you. At the end, they will accuse you of enjoying it. They’ll take a cigarette and burn out your eyes with it. You will not be able to see anything again. This is the reality of climate change. How's that for hysterical? https://notthebee.com/article/climate-activist-warns-climate-crisis-will-lead-to-gang-rape Have you ever wondered why the ACLU is so anti-American and anti-constitution. Why would they go to court and demand payment to illegals under the fake claim that they were separated from their family? Why wouldn't they go to court and demand paymets to Americans who were harmed by illegals? The ACLU was founded by communist as an anti-American institution and some of our worst activists and judges have come from the ACLU. Today almost every ACLU lawyer is an immigrant from somewhere else and not Americans. Hmmm?
Anon: Why would they go to court and demand payment to illegals under the fake claim that they were separated from their family?
A federal court ruled that the lawsuit could go forward on the claim of "intentional infliction of emotional distress and negligence." Anon: Why wouldn't they go to court and demand paymets to Americans who were harmed by illegals? Americans already have means of bringing suit against alleged perpetrators when harmed by undocumented persons. "A federal court ruled that the lawsuit could go forward"
Yes but that was a communist America hating judge. Why would we not demand his impeachment for such a blatant anti-law ruling? Do we give criminal parents reparations when they are separated from their children after they commit a crime? "Americans already have means of bringing suit" Yes but ironically the ACLU ignores this assault on our civil liberties. Anyone can file a suit but unless you have a lot of money you are simply going to lose what little money you have. But interestingly these illegal immigrants don't have a pot to piss in but lawyers are falling all over themselves to file lawsuits. Wonder why??? The answer is that it harms America and Americans. For that reason all these lawyers and NGO's should be outed. We should know who they are, who funds them and gives them their orders and where they live. If we had an honest MSM we would know these things? Anon: Yes but that was a communist America hating judge.
The judge was confirmed by the Senate. The decision can be appealed. Anon: Why would we not demand his impeachment for such a blatant anti-law ruling? Because there are no grounds for impeachment. Anon: Do we give criminal parents reparations when they are separated from their children after they commit a crime? There is evidence the Trump administration separated families in order to punish them (punitive), then lost track of the children (negligence). That is not allowed under the law or the U.S. Constitution. There is reason to believe the government would lose if they took it to trial, so a settlement is likely. "The judge was confirmed by the Senate"
Half of congress are American hating communists too. "Because there are no grounds for impeachment." There were no grounds to allow the suit to go forward but he did so that is sufficient to impeach. "There is evidence the Trump administration separated families in order to punish them" I call bullshit! Basically now you are admitting that this is 100% political. The Communist Democrat are so afraid of Trump that they would allow and encourage this suit for no other reason to try to smear Trump. A PERFECT ILLUSTRATION OF THE ANTI-AMERICAN BASTARDS IN CONGRESS. We need to vote them out impeach them or do what ever it takes to remove them from office.

You can argue that they are not but if they were what would be different? "No. That's the standard for an appeal, not for impeachment." Do both. Just as anyone can file a law suit for any reason anyone can be impeached for any reason. Nancy Pelosi and her fellow anti-American communist set that standard!!! If it walks like a Marxist and quacks like a Marxist, then it is Marxist. The question should be "Please provide evidence that the Democratic Party is not "Marxist." "In other words, you admit there are no grounds for impeachment, but want to do it anyway." No! You must have me confused with Nancy Pelosi. If a judge choose to not follow the law and goes against law and goes political that is grounds for impeachment. "That's the question before the court... That's why there's a court process." NO! It is before the court so activist judges can use LAWFARE against a political enemy. No where in "18 U.S.C. §§ 3141-3156." does it say that Garland can create a gulag to punish political prisoners non-judicially.

It involves a court collecting facts, then ruling on those facts and the law. The parties have the right to appeal those rulings with respect to the law. How did you think it worked? Just repeatedly calling holding someone before trial a "gulag" is not an argument. People charged with a crime are brought before the court to determine whether there is probable cause to charge them. Then, the law states that there are limited reasons when people can be held before trial. This is also brought to the court, and the person has the right of appeal. How did you think it worked?

Regarding the racist CRT that supporters claim is just history. I propose a compromise: Let black leaders/historians (not the racists activists that created CRT) develop a course on black history to be taught in High School and let white leaders/historians develop a course on white history to be taught in high school.
The problem seems to be that the black activists want to decide what white history is. They seem uninterested in writing black history but only interested in smearing whites. Let the blacks write their own history and be proud of it. Let it stand on it's own if it's untrue let them suffer the criticism of faking their own history. JustMe: Let black leaders/historians (not the racists activists that created CRT) develop a course on black history to be taught in High School and let white leaders/historians develop a course on white history to be taught in high school.
Most history taught in U.S. schools is already White history, often with a heroic gloss. Generations were taught the false Lost Cause narrative, for instance. JustMe: Let it stand on it's own if it's untrue let them suffer the criticism of faking their own history. Uh, that's what's happenin'. "Most history taught in U.S. schools is already White history, often with a heroic gloss."
Absolutely. Let Black Americans write their history and apply their own gloss. But to advocate racism and division as CRT does is criminal. If they have any history to be proud of then they should teach it. If all they can do is throw mud then F them. I'm tired of their racism and hatred. "Uh, that's what's happenin'." You finally said something that makes sense. That is indeed what is happening and the sooner we remove CRT and those who advocate CRT from our education system the better. Let common sense rule. JustMe: But to advocate racism and division as CRT does is criminal.
Critical Race Theory means to look at history and the structures of government and law through the prism of race. It doesn't mean advocating racism, but means having a clear understanding of the how race has influenced history and the structures of government and law. Maybe you are conflating Critical Race Theory with the discomfort many people feel when forced to confront this history. "Critical Race Theory means" yada, yada, yada!
You can define it anyway you want but it is still putting lipstick on a racist pig. CRT was intended to divide Americans along racial and political lines so that they would be easier to control while the left steals our constitutional rights from us. You know this, I know this and every thinking human knows this. So that makes you a liar!

Thank you for illustrating your conniving stupidity. Imagine if CRT was nothing more than historical data about racism. But it isn't; is pure anti-white racism AND aimed it people who never harmed or were racist towards anyone in history. I think we need a more honest version of CRT. One that shows the rampant racism by blacks against whites. When that talks not just about events of 155 years ago but talks about events this year and last year and show violence and rape by blacks that was driven by racism AND it is no small coincidence that this black on white violence has increased as the ROC (racist of color) were urged on by these ROC activists and things like CRT. The jerk asses behind CRT are risking civil war if they take this too far.
