it's rather dismaying to
constantly view the world thru a conspiracy lens
(seems like that's half of what this global war is against:
a pre-rational,medieval mindset)...

but look at the formula:

in US mass media...

controversy> more eyeballs

more eyeballs> "consensus"...(examined,unargued,ingested whole...hey! that was easy!)

>consensus = "having written history"

in other words,ABC will get what it wants,regardless.
or,"the medium is the message".

one wonders if multi-culti hasn't
paralyzed the ability to think critically...

and one wonders if the "war of civilaztions"
is only a conflict within our own societal ethos and not in the societies who haven't drunk (and refuse to drink) the koolaid.

look at the effort we put into finger-pointing
and name-calling...as though our own neighbors
were the enemy.

somebody's winning that battle,
and it isn't us.

Eric Raymond's "Gramscian Damage" article
comes to mind...that and the continual "uncovering"
of the layers of mass media's impact on our daily
and longer term thinking and perceptions.

the MsM becomes more and more visible
not as a public leader,but as a public parasite
on the issues of the day.
